IT'S been a great start to the season with Top Trebles coming up in the first two weeks.

Betway.com enhanced the first to 11-2 and last week raised the odds on Watford, Orient and Borussia Dortmund to 15-4. Not bad for three sides who win 6-1, 3-0 and 4-0 respectively.

Maintaining the 100 per cent record won't be easy but I'm determined to give it a go and start with League One outfit Peterborough at home to Oldham.

Boro have won their opening two matches following relegation from the Championship and Darren Ferguson's side were impressive in winning 4-2 at Notts County last week after prior battering Colchester 5-1 away in the Capital One Cup.

This fixture has a history of goals – 13 in the last two meetings – but Oldham have lost their last two games 1-0 and could struggle to keep pace with goal-hungry Posh who are 8-13 (various).

Next add West Ham who should win their Premier League opener against promoted Cardiff. The jury's out on the Welsh who have made spent big on Steven Caulker to strengthen the defence but a lack of goalscorer may hinder Malky Mackay's side.

West Ham have one in the shape of fully-fit Andy Carroll and last season they had the best home record outside the top six.

Cardiff struggled against most of the top-half teams on their Championship travels and this could be a disappointing Premier League baptism with the Hammers tempting at 1-1 at BetVictor and Paddy Power.

Complete the treble with Wigan who should bounce back from their Community Shield loss to Man United by winning at Bournemouth.

Two leagues separated these sides last season and it could show. Wigan's only league game resulted in a 4-0 win at Barnsley while Bournemouth were torn apart as they crashed 6-1 to Watford last weekend.

Owen Coyle's Wigan will want to put as many points in the bag as possible before maybe losing star players and they are a best 23-20 at BetVictor to win this one.

Well done to Colin Hancocks, Gur and R Walker who were selected at random to win a £10 free bet at Betway from last week's competition. Admin have emailed you details on how to claim your free bet.

Still kinda new here.. is there gonna be one more treble in your usual tips or is this the only one for tmrw? and carroll is not fit yet, while cardiff’s cornelius could be

    • Mr Fixit 12 years ago

Mr K, this is the main treble. There will be a Big Hitters treble in the Record which I may comment on and it’s also won two out of two this season. There will also be homes, aways, draws and both teams to score tips.
