APRIL 6: BETWAY ENHANCED TOP TREBLE

KRIS BOYD was the man of the moment in Scottish football in midweek and Kilmarnock's returning hero can shoot his side to top-six glory on Saturday.

Four teams have the chance of financial pick-me-up by taking the final place among the leading pack before the split – and Killie are in pole position.

All they need to do is beat bottom dogs Dundee at home and it doesn't matter how Aberdeen, Dundee Utd and Hibs fare.

Sounds easy? It should be although it's worth noting both meetings between the sides this season have finished 0-0.

However, Dundee could be relegated if they lose and John Brown's side know it's just a matter of time before their fate is sealed. Killie have lost just once in eight outings and with Boyd back the goal routine they should triumph.

I'm heading to the Championship to complete the treble with two teams who should win at good prices. First take Hulll at home to a Middlesbrough side who are on a rotten run.

Last time these sides played last October Boro won to go top. Now they trail second-placed Hull by 16 points and are six points outside the play-offs after two wins in 15 games and one point from their last 15.

It's been a shocking spell for Tony Mowbray's men at the wrong time of the season and Hull, fighting for automatic promotion, should turn the screw even further.

Steve Bruce's men have been a little inconsistent of late, winning every second game, and if that sequence holds true they'll bounce back from the midweek defeat at home to Watford.

Nottingham Forest remain unbeaten under Billy Davies, with six wins and three draws, and have edged into the play-off hunt. It's been a remarkable turnaround for the City Ground side and they should continue to push up the table against an outfit who have won just twice in eight since Paul Ince took over at Blackpool.

Admittedly one of those was against Crystal Palace last time out but the Eagles are also struggling and Pool did it with 10 men after losing Barry Ferguson who will be suspended.
