TWO of my five games were going to be in Italy but the tragic death of Livorno star Piermario Morisini means all Serie A games have quite rightly been postponed.
So I've had to have a bit of a rethink and I'm starting off with a league I haven't visited before. A game that caught my eye is the Finnish match between Jaro and Inter Turku.
Jaro's last five have seen both score with a total of 25 goals scored and their last two v Inter totalled nine goals.
Five of Inter's last six have seen both score and if this one doesn't come up I'll be Finnished with this league before I've started.
Since I'm in Finland I might as well divert to Norway and Brann v Stromsgodset. They say you can't have too much Brann and this game smells of goals.
Brann's last five have produced 24 goals and their last five with that other mob – if you take away a 0-0 draw – have seen 24 netted.
Stromsgodset's last six have brought up this market with 25 goals rattled in. If this doesn't produce I'll never eat Bran Flakes again.
Right let's back on the mainstream with Auxerre v PSG in France. PSG need a win to keep pace with leaders Montpellier and should get it at bottom dogs Auxerre.
However, Auxerre are battling for their lives and have scored in three of their last four and four of their last five v PSG.
Next I'm on the Athletic Bilbao v Mallorca match in La Liga. The sides are pretty evenly matched and Mallorca head to Bilbao on the back of a fine win at Racing in midweek. Historically the fixture produces goals with five out of seven seeing both score and I think it will again.
Last but not least it has to be Freiburg v Hoffenheim from the Bundesliga. Freiburg have netted exactly two in their last four games while six of Hoffenheim's last seven have seen both score, including a 7-1 defeat at Bayern Munich. They beat Hamburg 4-0 in midweek to make it three wins in four following that mauling.

OK cheers nobby. I thot that Frieburg game wuda been a cert for goals but just checked on flashscores with a minute left and theres only been 3 shots on target.
Joe, sums it up really. All stats, history and recent form pointed to loads of goals at Freiburg then it ends up 0-0. Really weird.
