Season long with clemmie being offered 60 pounds would have been on for a decent win maybe I should take it
Decent start to the day with Galloway Hills 14/1 coming second, quite an eye catching performance being held up last and being outpaced but finished off the race strongly and comfortably got second in the end, will be looking at a step up in distance after that run

Hope you all remembered CROWNTHORPE, he was given to Philippa Racing by Richard Fahey himself as a horse to follow this season, he was in our horses to Follow magazine and it’s easy to see why with a performance like that in the 5:10 Ripon
