It’s almost Wimbledon weekend part 1 as we move on to day six at SW19.

We will see all the third-round matches completed by end of play on Saturday. Then we look forward to some last 16 actions to see who progresses to the quarter-final stages which start on Sunday.

We smashed an Ace again on Friday with our Day 5 tip, Djokovic to win & under 30.5 games. We didn’t even require a sweatband as Novak Djokovic cruised to a straight-sets victory 6-0, 6-3, 6-4.

I did mention earlier in the week to keep an eye out for the Serb not to drop another set after the first round and it’s certainly looking like it could be more of the same and an exact copy of Djokovic’s 2021 performance where he went all the way to lift his sixth Wimbledon crown.

The world No3 and No1 seed is playing some fine stuff on Centre Court and has adapted real quick to grass conditions after little or no practice games.

So what angle is the Ace coming from tomorrow?

The game between Nick Kyrgios and Stefanos Tsitspas should be an interesting match-up with lots of action and probably some abuse from the Aussie Bad Boy. Kyrgios has never reached the quarter-final stages but it’s usually himself he beats with the unpredictable behaviour.

If the Greek can just get to the Aussie especially early on then we could see Kyrgios losing the plot once again.

The crowd will certainly be cheering for the former world number three to upset the Angry Aussie. I’m going for this one to go the distance and for the Greek to be hailing the Tennis Gods.
