Another game from the second tier where the stalemate could be worth a look is Stenhousemuir's clash with Morton. While the season is still very much in its infancy, many observers expect these two teams to be in and around the bottom two come the end of the campaign. With that in mind, both sides may view this as a must-not-lose rather than a must-win, even at this early stage.

Stenhousemuir kicked off their campaign by battling their way to a hard-fought 1-1 draw away at Raith Rovers last weekend. Morton, meanwhile, came agonisingly close to holding title favourites Partick Thistle to a stalemate before falling to a narrow 1-0 defeat. Another tight encounter could be on the cards at Ochilview.

East Fife vs Cove Rangers (Saturday, 15:00)

There could be fine margins when East Fife entertain Cove Rangers in Scottish League One on Saturday afternoon.

Dick Campbell's hosts opened their campaign with a 0-0 draw away at Alloa last weekend, while Cove Rangers were also involved in a goalless affair when hosting Airdrie.

Notably, five of East Fife's final eight league games of last season saw the spoils shared, including a 0-0 draw with Cove Rangers. Another all-square affair could be worth backing at Bayview.
