SCOTLAND got the job done in Vienna on Tuesday with a terrific win over Austria, now it's over to Wales, Northern Ireland and England to keep all the home nations hopes of qualifying for World Cup 2022 alive.
The Welsh can move in to second place in Group E with a win over struggling Estonia. The visitors have shipped 15 goals in their three qualifying matches so far so it's no surprise to see the Welsh at around the 1/7 mark to win in Cardiff. There's no value in that but the talismanic Gareth Bale is 13/5 to open the scoring and could be worth a play. After his hat-trick in Belarus he's 8/11 to score at anytime.
It could be a pivotal night for Northern Ireland in Belfast where they welcome Switzerland in Group C. A win would take Ian Baraclough's men up into second and above the Swiss and they could be tempting at 5/1 (Betfair). The Northern Irish may not be the force they were a few years but they're still capable of scrambling the odds big result. It could be a tight affair and Under 2.5 Goals is just 8/13 but No First Half Goal makes more appeal at 6/4.
England can more or less sew up World Cup qualification with a win in Poland. The Three Lions' record in qualifying campaigns is second to none and they're five wins from five in this campaign so far. A win would see them move eight oints clear of the Poles with just three games to play.
A draw would be more than acceptable for Gareth Southgate's men but outside of Robert Lewandowski his side are head and shoulders above Poland and should land the spoils at 4/6.
Sweden are flying at the moment and have tasted defeat just once this calendar year, and even that was in extra-time to Ukraine at Euro 2020 (W9 D1 L1). They're 6/5 (SBK) to win in Greece who have yet to win in Group B.
Elsewhere Spain (2/11), Belgium (1/8), Hungary (1/6), Italy (1/20) and Albania (1/25) should of course all win, as should Germany who travel to an Iceland side who are struggling to reach the heights of five or six years ago. Such are the prices that the six-fold pays just 85/100!!!
Romelu Lukaku misses out for Belgium so Michy Batshuayi could be an option as first scorer in his absence at 7/2. Timo Werner has scored in both German games during this break and is 4/1 to break the deadlock. After two draws in their last two matches Italy need a confidence boosting win to get things back on track and Ciro Immobile could be among the goals against Lithuania.
