MY tip for US Open glory Andy Murray returned to form on Sunday with a rampaging 6-1 6-4 6-2 victory over Feliciano Lopez of Spain.

After two frustrating days of rain he hopes to tackles Donald Young for a place in the quarter-finals and I'm afraid it's the end of the road at Flushing Meadows for the American.
Murray was poor against Robin Haase in the second round but after the scare was evidently more focused against Lopez.
Young has impressed with shock victories over seeds Stanislas Wawrinka and Juan Ignacio Chela but Murray is looking as good as he has been all season and should fear no one in New York.
The match started on Wednesday but lasted just 11 minutes before the players were forced off court again. It was 2-1 to Young on serve.

With a patriotic home support I believe Young will be quietly confident and while I don't see him beating Murray I'm not so sure the No.4 seed will triumph in straight sets.

In saying that if Murray begins the way he did against Lopez it could be over in three – Murray 3-0 is 8-15 with Paddy Power.
Elsewhere, Rafael Nadal (1-16, various), David Ferrer (4-7, various) and John Isner (9-10, Boylesports, Victor Chandler) should reach the last eight by beating Gilles Muller (12-1, Bet365), Andy Roddick (6-4, various) and Gilles Simon (1-1, various) respectively.
