Between them Liverpool (6) and Ajax (4) have been crowned Champions of Europe 10 times so they don't come much bigger than tonight's battle of the heavyweights at Anfield.
The Reds have endured a poor start to the season. A 9-0 win over Bournemouth doesn't mask the fact that they've failed to win five of their seven matches so far this season and Ajax will provide another difficult challenge this evening.
The Dutch champions destroyed Rangers in the first 45 last midweek and their four goal-haul made it 25 goals in seven games so they carry a serious goal threat.

Europa League winners Frankfurt found the going tought at this level last week and face another test in Marseille tonight. They've started the domestic season with W2 D2 L2 which leaves them in the bottom half of Bundesliga.
The French side have made a good start to the season domestically and are only being denied top spot by PSG due to an inferior goal difference. Croatian Igor Tudor has a strong squad to call upon and they'll have been disappointed not to have taken anything from their visit to North London last week despite going down to 10-men.
A home win in front of a fervent home crowd looks on the cards at 20/21 with SBK.
Robert Lewandowski makes a quick return to the Allianz Arena with Barcelona tonight. The Pole scored an incredible 344 goals in 375 appearances for Bayern Munich and he's already looking like he might better than goals per game ratio at Barca where he's notched nine in his first six matches.
Barca don't enjoy match-ups against Bayern, they've lost seven of the last meetings and the aggregate score over that period is an astonishing 26-7 in the Germans' favour. But there could be a glimmer of hope for Xavi's men this evening, Bayern have made a stuttering start to their domestic season, drawing three of their opening six games while Barcelona have put an opening day draw with Vallecano behind them to win four in a row and have scored 20 in their last five.
Barcelona were on our shortlist at 15/4 on yesterday's post andthere's been quite a bit of support for the visitors by the looks of things as they've been backed in to 13/5 at the time of writing. That's probably a bit too short now.
Goals are also short, as you'd expect, with Over 2.5 Goals at just 4/11. However you can have over even money, 2.025 to be exact on two or more first half goals on the Asian Handicap.
Elsewhere, if Spurs turn up they could be a bit of value at 11/10 away to Sporting. The hosts have had a few sticky results already this season and after an unbeaten start to the season Spurs look capable of leaving Lisbon with all three points.

Tonight, There are a couple of games in the Championship which have all the things I look for.
Blackburn (home) Vs Watford.
Pretty even game from a league position, and while Watford have the better H2H record, do have some big names (for them) missing tonight (Cleverly, Kalu). It’s quite evenly priced, but I think with the home advantage and more first team player to choose from that Blackburn at 2.0 for DNB is great value.
Swansea V Sheff Utd.
This goes against the fabric of most people given the league position but Sheff Utd have huge injurie problems with 9 players unavailable tonight. Swansea with the home advantage have a great chance to get something from the game. 2.4 for the DNB is good value I think.
