After an action-packed Saturday, the remaining two Bundesliga matches will be played on Sunday, featuring key encounters involving two teams from the bottom of the table.
St Pauli have an opportunity to extend the gap to the drop zone when they meet Eintracht Frankfurt, and Werder Bremen will try to retain their survival chances when they visit an inconsistent Union Berlin.
Head down below for our expert tips and predictions for the two Bundesliga clashes on Sunday.
Today’s Bundesliga betting tips & predictions
St Pauli vs. Eintracht Frankfurt (2:30pm)
In just a month, St Pauli changed from a team that’s almost guaranteed to drop to the team that’s most likely to remain in the league out of all sides currently near the bottom.
There is room for improvement, but they beat Stuttgart, Werder Bremen, and Hoffenheim in their last four matches. Eintracht have also improved under the new management, but their away performances are not yet where they need to be.
The Eagles haven’t won away since mid-November, and their last seven games on the road featured goals from both sides. With St Pauli’s improvement, we expect to see just that here.

Union Berlin vs. Werder Bremen (4:30pm)
Werder Bremen’s win over last-placed Heidenheim was their first since early November, but it is unlikely to change anything for the team.
Union Berlin are incredibly tough to beat at home, although they haven’t been as convincing lately. This is an opportunity to step up, especially after beating Bayer Leverkusen in their previous home match.
Bookmakers have put a high price on Union’s win, and we have to take advantage. At 5/4, it is a must-try bet against Werder, who have a single win in 12 away games this season.
