THERE are no Championship games this weekend so picking lower-league winners will be tough.
League One and League Two have proved slim pickings for punters this season and there have been fewer goals than usual – maybe due to the absence of fans.
Queen's Park are used to playing in cavernous and empty places so it's not a surprise they're leading the way in League Two and of course the big spenders were heavily tipped to do so.
The Hampden side have won four out of five to open up a four-point lead at the top and are 4-6 with McBookie at home to Stenhousemuir.
Stenny were going well but have suffered three defeats in a row although two were against higher-league opponents in the Betfred Cup.
Edinburgh City were tipped to do well again but have lost three of their last four league games to nil and face a tough one at Annan.
The borderers won at Stenny last week and before that beat Albion Rovers 5-1 and are surprisingly not favourites at 19-10 with McBookie. On an acca take Annan not to lose at 8-11.
Elgin should beat Cowdenbeath at 13-20 while Stranraer are just 2-5 to hand Brechin a fourth defeat in a row when they visit Glebe Park.
In League One game of the day is third-placed Airdrie at home to second-placed Cove with leaders Falkirk in Betfred Cup action.
Cove lost their 100 per cent record to the Bairns last week and I don't fancy them at an Airdrie side on the up. Airdrie are big at 2-1 with McBookie but Airdrie draw no bet is my shout at 13-10.
Fourth-placed Partick Thistle are unbeaten in three after a slow start and will be eyeing up victory at Montrose. They are evens with McBookie.
Clyde are 11-5 to hand East Fife a fifth defeat in six and Peterhead are 4-5 at home to a Forfar side that's also lost four out of five.
