Manchester City were probably the most impressive side in the first round of Premier League fixtures and they now host Tottenham hoping to make it two wins from two.
Pep Guardiola's side eased to a 4-0 victory at Wolves last weekend, bringing up a handicap bet for me, but Spurs will present them with a bigger challenge this afternoon.
Thomas Frank's side also won on the opening day, 3-0 at home to Burnley, and Tottenham have lost just once on their last four visits to the Etihad.
Manchester City vs Tottenham Hotspur top betting tips
This fixture produced plenty of thrills in the last two seasons as idealist managers Ange Postecoglou and Guardiola slugged it out.
Frank is likely to be a bit more pragmatic in his approach but we still saw plenty of goals when his Brentford sides took on City.
BTTS and over 2.5 goals came up in two of Brentford's last three trips to the Etihad so combining those bets today could pay off 20/23.
Richarlison was the Spurs hero last weekend as he scored a double so the Brazilian's confidence will be up. He's 11/10 at BoyleSports just to have an effort on target today and that looks good value.
Tottenham kid Lucas Bergvall always puts himself about in midfield so he could be worth a punt for a card at 21/10 with BoyleSports if he starts again.
Arsenal vs Leeds United
Arsenal emerged from Old Trafford with three points on matchday one but they didn't play well and Mikel Arteta will be hoping for a better performance today at home to Leeds United.
The Gunners didn't create many chances last Sunday and needed another set-piece goal to claim a victory. They now host a Leeds side who also won 1-0 in their opening fixture thanks to a controversial penalty at home to Everton.
BoyleSports make Arsenal 2/7 hot favourites and it's hard to disagree with those odds given they were so strong at home last season.
Leeds didn't create many chances against a poor Everton side so I fancy a Gunners win to nil in this one, which pays 11/10 at BoyleSports.
Bukayo Saka is usually a massive threat for Arteta's side and is likely to be on the penalties again this season. The England winger is 11/8 to get off the mark and that look looks decent value.
Brentford vs Aston Villa
Keith Andrews didn't get off to the best of starts as Brentford boss last weekend and now faces a tough first home game as Aston Villa come calling.
The Bees were beaten 3-1 at Nottingham Forest in their opener while Villa managed to hold on for a 0-0 draw at home to Newcastle after having Ezri Konsa sent off.
Brentford look a far less dangerous side without the departed Bryan Mbuemo and the sulking Yoanne Wissa so Villa seem good value for the win today at 23/20 with BoyleSports.
Bees striker Igao Thiago committed three fouls last weekend so it could pay to back him for over 1.5 fouls here at 11/8 with Bet365. The same bet pays evens for Villa skipper John McGinn and doubling them up boosts the odds to 15/4.
Celtic vs Livingston
Celtic are still reeling from their dreary 0-0 stalemate with Kairat in Champions League qualifying and it will be fascinating to see how they react when Livingston come calling today.
The Lions are likely to approach this match in the same way as the Kazakhs, sitting deep then hoping to snatch a goal on the counter attack.
St Mirren almost got a 0-0 Parkhead draw on matchday one in the SPFL Premiership by using the same tactics so this could be another frustrating afternoon for the Hoops if they fail to get an early goal.
With Brendan Rodgers' attack misfiring so far, the 20/21 on offer at BoyleSports for under 3.5 match goals is a good option.
The corner count usually racks up when teams set up to frustrate the Hoops and we saw 18 in midweek, with 15 of them won by Celtic.
Offer 9.5 home corners pays 6/4 at BoyleSports today while Celtic -6.5 in the handicap looks a bit safer at 13/10.
