RANGERS and Livingston get to try again on Sunday after their match was the highest profile to fall victim to the weather on Saturday.
It was a difficult day for spectators and punters and while I stuck to low stakes I couldn't find a winner.
Well done to anyone who beat the bookies and to Greg with his two 5-6 Scottish singles.
First up in Scotland on Sunday are Aberdeen and Celtic and high winds are forecast for kick-off so while I fancy Celtic to make it 10 wins in a row at Pittodrie a latest weather check is advisable in the morning.
I tipped Rangers and over 2.5 goals but with more rain and strong winds forecast Livingston have described the decision to rearrange for Sunday as “extremely strange”.
In the Premiership we have Aston Villa v Spurs and Arsenal v Newcastle and big games on the Continent include Real Madrid v Celta Vigo, Lazio v Inter, Juventus v Brescia and Cologne v Bayern Munich.

Looks to be an action packed Sunday due to the reschedule of games. Here’s my thoughts.
I think Celtic win win either 3-1 or 4-1. Looking at first goalscorer I’m taking a punt on Ajer again. He’s 40/1 for first goalscorer. There’s some other bets I like the look at such as Christopher Jullien to score a header at 14/1, Sam Cosgrove to score a header at 25/1 which I must admit is a great price for a striker and Griffiths to score from outside the box at 16/1.

Rangers should win against Livingston at home. I think they’ll throw everything at the kitchen to get a result. I’m looking at Livi defender Aaron Taylor Sinclair. He’s scored 2 goals in his last 5 games, both from set pieces. Livingston have scored more goals from set pieces than any other team in the league this season. Rangers defence is leaky at the back and if Livi are to score it’s more than likely to come from a set piece. He’s 125/1 for first goalscorer and 50/1 to score anytime which is worth a few quid. I’ll also put on a couple of betbuilders.

It depends on the strength of the Inverness team. The Rangers colts team is good and I seen them against Wrexham where they were good and far better than Wrexham. Your allowed two over aged players but I’m not sure who’ll be used today due to the first team playing. It’s likely Jake Hastie will be involved who might be a good shout for a goal if he is playing. They have every chance of winning but Inverness should be beating them.

Problem is refs in the English Prem seems to be under the illusion players should be given a free pass in the early stages of a game when they make a reckless challenge. There is no easy answer, but all I would say is that money is gone and its time for a clean slate and he must re-evalute and decide on a sensible staking plan as long as it doesn’t involve money needed for day to day living/family etc, maybe with the help of others here.
A tipster , can’t remember who, Mr h maybe. Had a bad run and stopped betting but carried on posting tips and getting involved in the banter and the winners returned, a good way of keeping your eye in until your luck changes.
