Crystal Palace's season is coming apart at the seams and they desperately need a result when they travel to Sunderland in the Premier League.
The feelgood factor from last season's historic FA Cup triumph continued into the new campaign as the Eagles went unbeaten in their first 11 matches.
But a failure to strengthen their squad is now coming home to roost and last week's shock 2-1 loss at Macclesfield in the FA Cup made it nine games without a win.
Skipper Marc Guehi is set to for Manchester City and boss Oliver Glasner also revealed on Friday that he's off at the end of the season.
So the last thing Palace need right now is a trip to the Stadium of Light, which has been a fortress for Sunderland this season.
Regis Le Bris' men are unbeaten in 10 home Premier League games, with even Manchester City and Liverpool failing to emerge with three points.
The Black Cats were tipped for relegation before a ball was kicked but instead sit in the top half and head into this game on a high after knocking Everton out of the FA Cup.
How the bookies view it: Sunderland good value at 13/8
I thought Sunderland would be heavy favourites for this game with Palace in such woeful form but you can back them at a decent 13/8 with Bet365.
The Eagles are a best 9/5 at BetMGM for a morale-boosting win while the draw pays 11/5 with Ladbrokes.
Recent head to head: Palace by a nose
The first meeting of these sides this season was a damp squib, with nobody managing to break the deadlock at Selhurst Park. That draw wasn't a big surprise, with the previous 10 clashes producing four Palace wins, three Sunderland victories and three stalemates.
Players to watch: Le Fee a livewire
Enzo Le Fee scored Sunderland's goal at Everton last weekend and it got him back in the good books after a woeful Panenka penalty was saved in the 3-0 loss to Brentford. The Frenchman is always a threat and Paddy Power price him at 11/5 for a goal or assist.
The only positive Palace could take from their loss at Macclesfield was a beauty of a free-kick from Yeremy Pino. The playmaker will be key to breaking down Sunderland's excellent defence and is 15/8 with Bet365 to score or assist.
Probable line-ups
Bertrand Traore, Arthur Masuaku, Noah Sadiki and Reinildo Mandava have all returned from Africa Cup of Nations duty for Sunderland but Traore is an injury doubt along with Aji Alese. Brian Brobbey should shake off a hamstring problem to feature.
Ismaila Sarr is still absent for Palace at AFCON while Daniel Munoz, Cheick Doucoure, Daichi Kamada, Nathaniel Clyne, Jefferson Lerma and Eddie Nketiah could miss out with injury.
Sunderland: Roefs, Alderete, Ballard, Mukiele, Reinildo, Sadiki, Le Fee, Xhaka, Adingra, Mundle, Brobbey.
Crystal Palace: Henderson, Lacroix, Richards, Canvot, Mitchell, Devenny, Hughes, Wharton, Pino, Johnson, Mateta.
Anything else catch the eye?
With the last meeting producing no goals, I'd be surprised if this one was a thriller. Under 2.5 goals only pays 4/6 with BetMGM but betting against BTTS is a little better at 10/11 with Bet365.
I'm surprised to see Sunderland at such generous odds given their strong home record and backing them to win either half also pays a decent 10/11 with William Hill.

Simon Adingra is capable of some moments of magic and the Sunderland winger is a tempting 6/5 with Coral for a shot on target in this one.
