Liverpool are heading down the home straight as they race towards the Premier League title and it would be a massive surprise if they slipped up at home to doomed Southampton.
Arne Slot's men are red-hot favourites to be crowned champions after opening up a 13-point lead over nearest challengers Arsenal in recent weeks.
Southampton, meanwhile, are as short as 1/100 for a return to the Championship, having collected just nine points all season during one of the worst campaigns in Premier League history.
Ivan Juric hasn't been able to improve results since taking over from Russell Martin so even the most optimistic of Saints fans will be heading to Anfield expecting to witness another defeat.
The one thing that could work in their favour is that Liverpool are in the middle of two huge Champions League games with PSG so Slot may decide to give some of his big hitters the day off.
But Southampton have lost 10 of their last 12 games in all competitions and even a shadow Reds side should have too much class for Juric's demoralised team.

Southampton are 20/1 outsiders with BoyleSports and that must be one of the biggest prices we've seen for a Premier League game this season. Liverpool are tiny at 1/10 and even the draw is huge at 9/1.

This is the third meeting of these sides this season and Southampton have put up a decent fight, losing 3-2 at St Mary's in the Premier League then following it up with a 2-1 EFL Cup loss on the south coast. The Reds have won seven of the last eight meetings, with the other game in that run a thrilling 4-4 draw in 2023.
Players to watch: Nunez off the leash
Slot will probably change things up a bit to keep his players fresh for the second leg against PSG. Darwin Nunez could start up front and he's evens with BoyleSports for a goal but backing the Uruguayan for an assist offers more value at 5/2 with Bet365.
Youngster Tyler Dibling has been one of the few bright sparks for Saints this season and he's 6/1 to catch the eye of potential suitors with an Anfield goal.

It would only be natural for Liverpool to take their eye off the ball in this one with such a big lead in the Premier League and that clash with PSG looming.
So it could pay to back a Reds win with under 4.5 goals, which pays a decent 10/11 at BoyleSports. If you want to improve those odds, making it under 3.5 goals changes the price to 19/10.
Saints have scored in both games with Liverpool so far this term but they've only netted once in their last visits to Anfield. So I'm drawn to a Liverpool win to nil at 20/21.
Slot will want to get the job done early in this one so I also like the 11/5 at BoyleSports for most goals to come in the first half.
