LIVERPOOL will look to ensure they remain hot on the heels of Premier League pacesetters Arsenal when they face Fulham at Anfield on Sunday.
Jurgen Klopp’s side strengthened their title credentials by coming from behind to earn a 1-1 draw against Manchester City at the Etihad last Saturday.
That point coupled with results elsewhere means the Reds head into the weekend in third place and just two points behind new league leaders Arsenal.
After making light work of LASK in a 4-0 cruise to victory in the Europa League on Thursday night, Liverpool will swiftly turn their attention back to domestic duties when they welcome Fulham this weekend.
Marco Silva’s men arrive in Merseyside off the back of what was a whirlwind 3-2 win over Wolves on Monday night.
That morale-boosting victory means that the Cottagers can travel to Anfield on Sunday with a bit of breathing space between themselves and the Premier League relegation zone.

There is no value in siding with Liverpool at the above-mentioned odds but backing the hosts to overcome a -1.75 start on the Asian Handicap looks like a nice way in at 24/25 with Bet 365.
Here we would land a half win if Liverpool win by two or more strikes whereas a home success by three clear goals would deliver a full pay out.
As already alluded, Liverpool have been well-nigh flawless at fortress Anfield this season, having posted a perfect 10 wins from 10 to date.
What’s more, the Reds have more often than not romped to victory with room to spare, with each of those 10 successes all coming by a two-goal winning-margin or more.
That doesn’t bode well for Fulham side whose only clean sheet since the opening weekend of the season came against shot-shy Crystal Palace, not to metion the Cottagers are without a win in their last six top-flight road trips.
In fact, this bet would have generated a return from five of Fulham’s six Premier League defeats this season so far and I see no reason to oppose the same selection on Sunday when they head to high-flying Liverpool.
