Leicester City will take on Arsenal on Saturday, 15 December in a huge match at both ends of the Premier League table.
The hosts come into the match inside the bottom three but they could climb out of the relegation zone with a victory over the Gunners.
Arsenal, meanwhile, have renewed hope of winning the title after Liverpool's 1-1 draw with Everton on Wednesday night. Mikel Arteta's men can cut the gap down to four points with a win at the King Power Stadium.
How the bookies view it: Arsenal go in as big favourites
Arsenal go into the match as huge favourites with the bookies which is unsurprising given there are 16 places between the two teams in the league table. BoyleSports have priced an Arsenal win as short as 2/7 while a victory for Leicester has been priced at 9/1. The draw, which would be very damaging for the visitors, has been priced at 4/1.
Recent head-to-head: Arsenal dominance
Arsenal have a brilliant recent record against Leicester City and the Gunners have won each of their last six matches against the Foxes. Arsenal have also won on their last four trips to the King Power Stadium so all the signs point to another away win on Saturday. Leicester's last win over Arsenal came at the Emirates Stadium in October 2020.
Players to watch: Who will lead the Arsenal line?
It's been a damaging couple of weeks for Arsenal in terms of injuries with Gabriel Martinelli and Kai Havertz joining Bukayo Saka and Gabriel Jesus in the treatment room. Those injuries now mean that Arsenal don't have an obvious choice to lead their attack for the next few weeks so how Arteta deals with that will be interesting to see.
It's expected that Raheem Sterling and Leandro Trossard are two shoe-ins to start on Saturday given they are Arteta's only fit, senior forwards and the Spaniard needs them both on top form.
Sterling hasn't had a good season by any stretch of the imagination but the 30-year-old now has a chance to put things right. The former Chelsea winger is yet to score a league goal for the Gunners but that will need to change if they are to remain in the title race over the next couple of weeks.
Trossard is a little more reliable but the Belgian's numbers are down on what he produced last season. He has operated as a false number nine before for Arteta and that is likely the role he will play at the King Power Stadium.
Predicted line-ups
In addition to the four injured forwards, Arsenal will also be without Ben White and Takehiro Tomiyasu on Saturday. Leicester, meanwhile, are sweating on the fitness of Jamie Vardy who has a brilliant goalscoring record against the Gunners. Ricardo Pereira and Abdul Fatawu will both definitely miss out.
Leicester City: Hermansen – Justin, Okoli, Faes, Thomas – Soumare, Ndidi – Decordova-Reid, El Khannouss, Ayew – Vardy
Arsenal: Raya – Timber, Saliba, Gabriel, Lewis-Skelly – Rice, Partey, Odegaard – Nwaneri, Trossard, Sterling
Anything else catch the eye?
With their injury crisis in forward positions, Arsenal are going to need to rely on their defence to win them points in the coming weeks and the signs are good.
They kept a clean sheet in their most recent away league fixture while they have kept a clean sheet on three of their last four visits to the King Power Stadium. Arsenal to keep a clean sheet has been priced at 20/23 by BoyleSports.
