Heart of Midlothian stand on the brink of history in the SPFL Premiership and they can effectively kill off the title challenge of Rangers with a Tynecastle win in this bank holiday blockbuster.
The Jambos hold a four-point lead over Gers with just four games to go and are also three clear of champions Celtic.
A first top-flight title since 1960 is tantalisingly within reach but Derek McInnes's men still have a bit of work to do as every game is tough after the Premiership split.
Hearts had to dig deep to beat nine-man Hibernian in last weekend's derby at Easter Road and they will now face a Rangers side desperate to keep their own title hopes alive.
The bookies had Danny Rohl's men as favourites heading into the split but they're now as big as 4/1 with some firms after a horror 3-2 loss at home to Motherwell last week.
Poor defending has been an issue for Rangers in recent weeks but they've usually managed to outscore the opposition.
That wasn't the case against the slick Steelmen and chances could be harder to come by at Tynecastle against the meanest defence in the Premiership.
How the bookies view it: Gers to edge it
Hearts may lead Rangers by four points but it's the Ibrox side who are slight favourites for this one. Rohl's men are a best 6/4 at Paddy Power while the Jambos are 7/4 with most firms and Bet365 price the draw at 13/5.
Recent head to head: Jambos eye the treble
Hearts can take confidence from the fact they've already beaten Rangers twice this season, with a 2-0 Ibrox triumph in September followed by a 2-1 win at Tynecastle in December. But Rohl's side did gain a measure of revenge by winning 4-2 at home in the last meeting.
Players to watch: Shankland leading by example
Rangers were heavily linked with Lawrence Shankland last season and may regret not snapping up the Hearts skipper on a free transfer. He has scored three times against them this season and is 39/20 at BetMGM for a massive goal here.
Youssef Chermiti brought up one of our Super Singles last Sunday by scoring against Motherwell and netted a hat-trick when Rangers last faced Hearts. He also scored in the loss at Tynecastle and is 19/10 with BetMGM to repeat the trick.

Probable line-ups
Hearts are sweating on the fitness of Cammy Devlin and Harry Milne after both players sat out last week's derby win. Rangers have Tuur Rommens available again but this game could come too soon for striker Ryan Naderi.
Heart of Midlothian: Schwolow, Steinwender, Halkett, Findlay, Kingsley, Baningime, Leonard, Devlin, Kyziridis, Braga, Shankland.
Rangers: Butland, Sterling, Djiga, Fernandez, Rommens, Raskin, Diomande, Barron, Moore, Skov-Olsen, Chermiti.
Anything else catch the eye?
The atmosphere at Tynecastle will be red-hot so I'm expecting the officials to be busy in what should be a breathless encounter.
Backing Hearts for over 2.5 cards looks good at 11/10 with Bet365, while the same bet also appeals at evens for Rangers. We had two red cards in last week's Edinburgh derby and another sending-off here pays 10/3 with the same firm.
You often see a lot of corners on the tight Tynecastle pitch and there were 16 when Rangers last came calling. Ten of those went to the Ibrox side so over 5.5 Rangers corners looks good at 11/10 with Bet365. I also like over 10.5 match corners at evens with BOYLESports.
Mikey Moore surprisingly started on the bench for Rangers last weekend but I'd imagine he'll be back in from the start here. He's a tempting 21/20 at BetMGM for a shot on target while Bet365 price him at 7/5 for a goal or assist.
