Crystal Palace are still a bit too close to the Premier League drop zone for comfort so they will be desperate to put three more points on the board when they host rock-bottom Wolverhampton Wanderers.
It looked like the Eagles were heading in the right direction again when they followed up a 1-1 draw at Nottingham Forest by beating Brighton 1-0 away from home.
But they then threw away a 2-0 lead at home to second-bottom Burnley, with the 3-2 defeat leaving Oliver Glasner's side looking over their shoulders again.
Crystal Palace now face another team who look doomed to the drop, with Wolves sitting bottom of the pile after winning just one of their 27 Premier League games.
Rob Edwards hasn't been able to halt their slide towards the Championship and it looks like his former club Middlesbrough will be passing them on the way up.
Performances have picked up though and Wolves bust more than a few coupons in midweek when they came from 2-0 down to claim a point against leaders Arsenal.
With Palace coming back from a Thursday night trip to Bosnia, Edwards and his players will see this as a good chance to get that second Premier League win.
How the bookies view it: Eagles too short at 8/13
I'm surprised to see Crystal Palace at just 8/13 for the win with Bet365, given Wolves have picked up form. The Molineux men are as big as 17/4 with the same firm while the draw pays 16/5 at SportingIndex.
Recent head to head: Wolves lacking bite
Crystal Palace have held the upper hand in this fixture of late, going five games unbeaten. Four of those matches were victories and Wolves have also lost on their last five visits to Selhurst Park.
Players to watch: Strand Larsen fired up
Jorgen Strand Larsen will have extra motivation for this one as he goes up against old club Wolves for the first time. The Norwegian has made a strong start for Palace and he's 11/8 at Unibet to grab a goal.
Wolverhampton Wanderers replaced Strand Larsen with Adam Armstrong and the former Southampton striker will be desperate to open his account. He's a decent 12/5 with BetMGM to score or assist.

Probable line-ups
Glasner still has a big injury list, with Jean-Philippe Mateta, Eddie Nketiah, Jefferson Lerma, Caleb Kporha and Cheick Doucoure set to miss out.
Angel Gomes went off early in Wolves' midweek clash with Arsenal and joins Hwang Hee-Chan, Leon Chiwome and Toti Gomes on the sidelines.
Crystal Palace: Henderson, Mitchell, Lacroix, Riad, Richards, Munoz, Wharton, Kamada, Pino, Strand Larsen, Sarr.
Wolverhampton Wanderers: Sa, S Bueno, Mosquera, Krejci, H Bueno, Andre, R Gomes, J Gomes, Armstrong, Bellegarde, Mane.
Anything else catch the eye?
Glasner played a pretty strong side on Thursday in the Conference League and the trip overseas could take a bit out of the Palace squad.
With Wolves losing just three of their last eight matches, there could be some value in backing them in the double chance at 5/4 with Ladbrokes. The Molineux men are also 2/1 at Bet365 to win either half.
Wolves have been winning an average of just two corners across their last four games and we only saw five match corners when these sides last faced off.
That makes under nine corners a decent option at 5/4 with Paddy Power while backing Palace at -2 in the corner handicap pays evens with William Hill.
Wolves kid Mateus Mane usually offers a threat and the livewire is 6/4 at Unibet just to have an effort on target.
