Aberdeen and Dundee United face a Pittodre showdown with the best of the rest accolade up for grabs this season.
Both sides were in midweek action with the Dons crashing to a 5-1 loss at Celtic.
However, that was a flattering win for the hosts and the visitors passed up so many oppprtunities which you rarely get at Parkhead.
Aberdeen bizarrely remain the only side to score at Celtic's home this season which they have managed in two separate games.
But they will be disappointed at the setback which put an end to their recent revival.
United will also be down after they blew a lead to crash to a 3-1 home defeat to in-form Hibs. The hosts were unhappy at a number of decisions, but the bottom line is they have lost five out of their last six games in all competitions.
Last season's Championship winners have still over-performed this season although there will be concerns at their recent drop in form.
Aberdeen are a point clear in third of United and Hibs locked in fourth and fifth and this could be a pivotal moment of the season.

Aberdeen are fancied here to have too much for United and get a hugely important win here in front of a packed Pittodrie.
Although the scoreline looked bad in midweek, Aberdeen will be heartened by the amount of chances they created. And the return of keeper Dimitar Mitov for Ross Dooghan – who was at fault for a couple of those Celtic goals can't be overlooked.
The Dons are likely to freshen things up and before that midweek defeat, they had won three in a row. United seem to be heading in the wrong direction and look vulnerable at the back suddenly.
An interesting angle is the difference between the two teams in corners. Aberdeen won 15 on their own in their two league games before playing Celtic – where they still won three.
United have managed to win just three corners in their last three matches.
