REAL BETIS did me a turn last night and now it's the turn of Real Madrid to do the business in the Champions League.
Betis beat Malaga after a scare to land my Super Single double with Spurs that left me in profit for April after a late rally.
The accas ended up well down after a 2pt 10-1 shot was beaten by Cork as well as Malaga scoring.
A new month starts with Real Madrid 2-1 up as they welcome Bayern Munich in the second leg of their Champions League semi-final. I've posted a separate preview and can't see a way back for injury-hit Bayern.
The SPFL play-offs start with a big game between Dunfermline and Dundee United while Stenhousemuir take on Queen's Park.
Both meetings between United and the Pars this year have been draws while United won the first two clashes of the season when Dunfermline weren't in as good form.
The rivals have been in decent form in the past few weeks and I'm giving Pars the edge and they are 5-4 at McBookie. It will be tense so under 2.5 goals has a chance at 10-11 with McBookie.
In England the key game is Scunthorpe in sixth at home to Plymouth in seventh in the race to be involved in the play-offs for the Championship.
Plymouth can't afford to lose while a draw would leave them relying on help at the weekend.
Two from Charlton, Plymouth and Scunthorpe will take two play-off spots with Charlton definitely in if they win at relegation battlers Rochdale at the weekend and Scunthorpe in tonight if they make it six home wins in a row against the Pilgrims.
Not an easy night for picking anything but I've decided to go with a double that pays 4-11 if Dunfermline draw.

Its worth noting that tonight’s Champion’s League match is happening under similar circumstances to last year’s competition when both met at the quarter final stage. Last year Real Madrid won the 1st leg at the Allianz 1-2 but then lost the return at The Bernabeu 1-2 which forced the game into extra time. Corners featured heavily in both matches (especially for Bayern) and there was a red card in the second leg. History generally repeats itself so I wouldn’t be suprised if something similar went down but I’d expect Bayern to cover their multi corner line and have more possesion on the night just as they did in last year’s return leg.

It’s championship play off time and there is a cracker of a tie tonight at east end park – should be 7-8k at this match and i can see both sides going for it. Dunfermline have been excellent form recently and I agree with Mr F that his will be tough for a United side who have been hot and cold all season. They do have some experienced players in their ranks though and will probably be favourite to progress over the two legs. Nicky Clark has been in fine scoring form for the pars and they should find the net against a United side who still look suspect at the back against better teams. You can get 11/8 on Liverpool to win the champions league at the moment,they haven’t qualified yet and i’m not pushing my luck but you wont get that price if they get through as Liverpool will probably be the favourites come the final.
