MRF TopTips Generic Salah

WE'VE got two days off after a frantic period unless you're having a bet on Derby v Charlton.

It seems we've had about three full cards in three days so it's time to breathe ahead of English games on New Year's Day.

Celtic losing beat my treble on Sunday and I was a Swindon goal short on the both to score treble – I advised it could have been covered but left it alone waiting for Eoin Doyle to net his customary goal.

Again results weren't great and well done to all the winners on Sunday including Scott with his Scott Brown to booked members bet while kevinmac tipped a red card at Celtic Park.

It was a great day for Rangers who won to close the gap at the top of the table to two points ahead of the winter break – and a brilliant one for anyone who took some of the usual suspects to be booked on betbuilders.

The biggest win posted was from bluemooner whose 600-1 acca came up when Alfredo Morelos was sent off for a second booking in injury time.

With only the Derby game to look at I'll end a difficult December in deficit unless and that's disappointing after I recovered early losses before a poor final week. Rams fan Nathan has posted his thoughts on the game and fancies a narrow him win while I'd take both to score if I was having a bet on the game.

Will be looking to do better in the new year starting with a busy English card on Wednesday for which I've got two full days to study for.

Hopefully this will be a wee pickmeup after yesterdays defeat, this bet would have landed in 10 of the home sides 16 league matches including 6/8 homes. Top 2 in Israeli 2nd tier

    Israel Leumit League

Maccabi Petach Tikva v Hapoel Rishon LeZion

Home side are unbeaten in 16 & scored in all 16 while conceding in 10.

The away side have scored in 14/16 including 7/8 aways.

    Reverse fixture finished 1-1

Maccabi Petach Tikva DC & BTTS – 11/8

    ‪🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿Scottish Premiership Review🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿‬

‪Midway point in the Scottish Premiership – been a fascinating season so far:‬

‪🔸Old firm going toe to toe ⚖️‬
    ‪🔸Motherwell a surprise package 😮‬
    ‪🔸Hibs 📈 Kilmarnock 📉‬
    ‪🔸Woeful Hearts a laughing stock🤣‬

    ‪Club by club review

    1/11‬

    ‪1st – Celtic ‬

‪Been a terrific season on all fronts but a sore one to end the year losing to Rangers and again being outplayed and out fought. ‬Interesting to see who comes in during Jan. Still slight favourites

‪⭐️ Star man: Ryan Christie ‬
    ‪📝 8 out of 10‬

    2/11

    ‪2nd – Rangers ‬

‪Great results in Europe, ruthless at Ibrox and have dominated Celtic in their last two old firm meetings. Gerrards side have been impressive and can be delighted with the progress made. Genuine title challengers ‬

    ‪⭐️Star man – Alfredo Morelos ‬
    ‪📝 9 out of 10 ‬

    ‪3rd – Motherwell ‬

‪The seasons surprise package and an incredible turnaround in 12 months. 37 points is terrific haul but they’ll do well to sustain it and may have to settle for 4th or 5th ( which would still be a great season)‬

    ‪⭐️ Star Man – Declan Gallagher ‬
    ‪📝 9 out of 10‬

    ‪ 4th – Aberdeen ‬

‪Disappointing cup exit at Hearts but still looking good to finish 3rd and are having a typical Aberdeen season. Fans starting to get fed up of McInnes but not sure what else he can do other than secure 3rd and Europe again‬

    ‪⭐️ Star Man – Sam Cosgrove ‬

    5th – Livingston

You have to hand it to Gary Holt – really tough side to beat and also a threat in attack. Monstrosity of a home ouch definitely helps them but to be 5th at this stage is outstanding. Safety secured and will fancy top 6 fight

⭐️ Star man – Lyndon Dykes
    ‪📝 8 out of 10‬

    ‪6th – Hibernian ‬

‪Major underachievers given that squad but the sacking of Heckingbottom kicked them into life and they now look nailed on for top 6 and maybe top 4 if they strength in January. ‬

‪⭐️ Star man – no Stand out ‬
    ‪📝 5 out of 10‬

    ‪7th – Kilmarnock‬

‪Looked nailed on for top 6 a month ago but the sacking of Alessio and a horrific run of results has seen them slip to 7th. Have a good squad but need the right man at the helm. January going to be huge for them. ‬One of 4 clubs for the last top 6 spot

    ‪⭐️ Star man – Chris Burke‬
    ‪📝 6 out of 10‬

    ‪8th – Ross County ‬

‪A great start to the season has seen them avoid being dragged into the scrap at the bottom. Home form likely to keep them up but will need to improve on the road if they are to move up the table. ‬

    ‪⭐️ Star Man – Ross Stewart‬
    ‪📝 6 out of 10‬

    ‪9th – St Johnstone ‬

‪Awful start conceding too many goals but now unbeaten in 5 with 4 clean sheets in 5 moving them into 9th. Should stay clear of relegation dog fight and if they can add goals to their performances could push for top 6‬

    ‪⭐️ Star Man – Ali McCann‬
    ‪📝 5 out of 10‬

    ‪10th – St Mirren ‬

‪After a shocker of a run ( 6 defeats on 7) a much improved Dec makes sure they enter the new year above Hamilton and Hearts. Still undecided on where they will finish but should be plenty of optimism in Paisley after recent results. ‬

    ‪⭐️ Star Man – ‬no stand out
    ‪📝 4 /10 ‬

    ‪11th – Hamilton ‬

‪Sensational result today but I don’t see Hamilton finishing any higher than 11th. Just feel the other clubs have enough about them. They are used to a relegation fight but I don’t see them winning it this season ‬

    ‪⭐️ Star man – No Stand out‬
    ‪📝 4 out of 10‬

    ‪12th – Hearts‬

‪Hearts the banter years – disaster of a season. To be bottom on that budget is criminal. No signs yet of it getting any better. Stendal has a monumental task in Jan to bring in his own players and get them up the league‬

    ‪⭐️Star man – ❌ ‬
    ‪📝 1 out of 10‬

I hope your right macca. You’ve got the leagues won already but it’s going to be tight in Scotland but psychologically going to Parkhead and winning was massive. Greg in terms of your ratings I’d agree with most but out with the top 2 the rest are inconsistent. Hearts will improve but there is a massive job to sort out the squad. I can see a lot leaving in the next month.

will be quite on the betting and tipping front on here today therefore stick this up as not exactly betting related, was at the game yesterday and spent some time with an ex rangers player afterwords that is still connect to the club, says there will be a few fringe players moving on in the window to make way for a couple of new signings, shankland, cosgrove and lewis ferguson are on the radar along with moyo from hamilton, the first 3 i can see but not moyo however stevie g did pluck kamara from dundee for peanuts and must be worth 2 or 3m now………………… time will tell though

I’d take Cosgrove ahead of Shankland but Cosgrove is being watched by loads of English clubs and may prefer to head back south.
Shankland’s being linked with everyone but I haven’t heard the Moyo one and of course everyone expects Ferguson to end up at Ibrox with his family links.
I think Celtic need to do more than Rangers in the window based on yesterday’s evidence.

I can’t really disagree with the members bet of the day. Derby have slid to 5th from bottom and unless we pull something out of the back and now, we’re gonna be dodging relegation all year. We’ve let too many leave without getting decent replacements and those left behind really have it all to do.
If Derby do not make the Rooney transfer work, bring in a few new faces and get some results down now, it is going to get much worse. We’ve no chance of playoffs, its about can we stay mid table and consolidate for next season, Cocu was brought in late and most of the faces that did come in, he had no say in their inclusion.

A rather reserved Derby win today @ 5/6 with bet365 yesterday is where I stuck my £10.

Getting my very late flu jab in 30 mins, so cannot add team news guys. Apologies on that. But good luck today on the sparse pickings.
I’d also consider the 4/5 by bet365 for overs 3.5 cards. Including the straight red that Malone got early on, there were 7 other yellows dished out to Derby players just 2 matches back. The ref must of forgotten to send out Christmas cards and made up for it.

Not analysing the game at all Jim with my comment, Rangers by far the better team yesterday and thoroughly deserved the win. I still think it’s Celtics to lose and so do the bookies, looking at the bigger picture myself. IMO Celtic got a far better squad than Rangers and a couple of key injuries could severely hinder there title hopes which is why I mentioned the need to strengthen.

In regards to yesterday’s NAP, the previous Old Firm game had 3 Corners in opening 10 mins and again expected a fast start hence the pick 👍

Tangible improvements and some positivity around the place and on the pitch for the first time in a long time since Arteta arrived. I would think backing Aubameyang to keep banging them in is the way to go with Arsenal.

Btw new123, the reason arsenal had kids on the bench against Chelsea is that they have 8 first teamers sidelined right now. Definitely have better strength in depth than united, in my opinion, just more injuries right now, especially in defense.
I’m tempted by arsenal to get a result v united, but should be a good game with some goals whatever happens.
Aubameyang top scorer at 13/2 looks interesting to me. Hes been steadily accumulating goals for a totally dysfunctional arsenal team that created less than they ever have in my memory. His returns should only increase as we provide more and more for him.

Tonight’s PDC darts semis and two cracking matches on the card.
We should see a Price v Van Gerwin final. I’m convinced Price will win the tournament and if you want to back him you can gat 7/2.
First up is Peter Wright v Gerwyn Price. Not really been mentioned as a potential winner Peter Wright probably down to the fact that Price and Van Gerwin are such strong fancies yet here he is again in the semis. Tends to bottle it a bit in the TV comps and while he will play well tonight Price should have too much determination. So Price to win 6-4 or 6-5 for me. 11/2 and 6/1
In the second semi it’s Van Gerwin v Aspinall. Van Gerwins looked a bit edgey in some of his games yet he’s still averaging just over 100. When your such a good talent it’s hard to bring your A game to the Oche in the early rounds but we’ll definitely see it something like tonight especially given the fact Nathan’s beaten him twice this year. Nathan Aspinall is solid and will give Mighty Mike a game tonight and he knows it which is why Van Gerwin will bring his A game to the Oche.
Van Gerwin to win 6-4 or 6-5 at 11/2 and 8/1.
    Recommend bets:
    4 x 5 point doubles

    College football tonight….
    9pm
    Cally vs Illinois

    Pick : Illinois +6 10/11 various

Cally have big injury concerns here, both first and second safety’s missing, a receiver short and big linebacker out missing too! Illy are underdogs having finished 6-6 this year but In the last 4 season since Lovie Smith took over they’ve been 3-9, 2-10 and 4-8 so it’s a big improvement. The 6-6 though have come against far better opposition than cally, 4 of those games were against the big 10 colleges. Illy should keep this close

They were 2nd favs behind the Pats at the start of the season @ 8/1. The Patriots were 7/1.

I’d personally refrain, NFC has a stronger crop. Ravens & Texans also beat the Chiefs this year both at Arrowhead I think? The patriots won there last year also in the play offs, Reid usually chokes in the big games KC coach

Derby have made 4 changes to the side that drew against Wigan on boxing day.
Malone is banned, Lawrence serves a 1 match ban for hitting 10 yellows, Wisdom is swapped out for Bogle and Marriott comes in for Martin. Clarke also comes into the side after a short injury and a first start for Max Bird.
Not sure on the formation, it could be a 4-3-3, but I’d prefer to see a 4-4-2

    Hamar
    Lowe/Clarke/Davies/Wisdom
    Knight/Bielik/Holmes
    Bird/Marriott/Waghorn.

Still sticking with a Derby win here but as the odds for a btts are a tad shorter, if you’re not confident, then opt for the btts. Both sides can and do leak goals.
I’ve a feeling Marriott will score tonight, with Rooney probably playing some part in the next match at home to Barnsley, I’m sure he’ll want to lay a marker down.
I also like the look on the overs cards market, I think it was 4/5 for over 3.5 cards with bet365.

    good luck guys.

I was already to take over 1.5 in the Welsh games.
Until I saw the Cardiff game offering 2/5 for over 1.5.
Just did not add up when the other Welsh games were 1/8 and 9s with sky bet.
