My Top Treble was beaten by Villarreal and the over 2.5 goals treble was a goal short at Lyon but could have easily been covered at HT in the French game. Was too busy at work to advise it but I hope anyone on did the necessary.
Earlier the Hearts Super Single went down as they could only draw at Dundee.

Anyway moving on to Easter Monday and it's another busy card with dozens of games in the Football League as well as Conference games.
Nathan put up an amusing yet distressing summary of Derby's troubles. Reading it would make you immediately want to back Preston in the 12.45pm kick-off but while Derby lost 4-1 at home to Sunderland it was a similar story for Alex Neil's men who crashed 4-1 at Sheffield Wednesday.
Preston draw no bet might be the shout on a double or treble and pays around 1-2 but as it's early I'm leaving it off my top tips.
There are a few matches dotted about the Continent including a full Jupiler league card with those kicking off at 1.30pm.
Also check for call-offs with the weather taking a turn for the worst in most parts of England. Games at Bradford and Doncaster as well as Barrow were postponed this morning and results could be affected by wind so keep stakes sensible today.
Added to that is Nottm Forest v Barnsley, Scunthorpe v Plymouth, Chesterfield v Newport, Morecambe v Cambridge and other non-league matches. Chesterfield falling means my both to score treble is now a double.
My Super Single is a double chance double on Bristol City and Cardiff. Bristol City are in a six-way fight for two Championship play-off places and with something having to give at Preston and Sheffield Utd facing a tough one against Cardiff this is a great chance for the Robins to make a move.
They tackle a Brentford side who have fallen out of the race after one win in six and while Bristol City should win I'll keep the draw on side for the purpose of a double.
Add Cardiff not to lose at Sheffield Utd tonight as they go for nine wins in a row which would be remarkable. The last place Neil Warnock wants to lose the record is at his old club and again while Cardiff should pick up the points the advice is to take away or draw.
There's not much I'm convinced about today but hopefully the Top Treble will land. Start with a Shrewsbury side in a three-way promotion battle with Wigan and Blackburn who are both on the road today. The Shrews are at home to an Oxford side with one win in six and nicely priced at just under evens.
Add Coventry who are in good form and looking to lock up a play-off spot at home to a Yeovil side with little to play and complete the treble with Wycombe at home to off-form Grimsby.

Rotherham have lost 2 of their last 3 away and at 31/20 I’m taking Charlton to keep their run going.

Just to reiterate (as it was a year ago I put up the original post outlining my betting plans for the way forward) I focus mainly on goals tips, playing to level stakes as much as possible. The stakes are 2.5 pts for each bet. Any bet that doesn’t have an an amount staked next to it will be 2.5pts. Anytime I’m staking more or less than this you will see the amount staked at the bottom of the tip. ( usually in brackets) sometimes a lower stake will mean less confidence in the bet, sometimes it’s just me using the odds in my account to level it off, sometimes it’s both. Feel free to ask if you fancy a tip and want to know which it is.
I’ve also started doing this staking plan for wdw Accers as well although these bets are rather infrequent and not my main focus. Again if it’s not 2.5pts you will see an amount in brackets at the end of the tip. Hope this clears up any confusion for anyone.
