The confidence wasn’t really to do with Swansea being bottom of the prem it was about the way we’re playing at the moment. We controlled the game comfortably for the majority of the 90mins even when it was 10v11. The Swansea keeper was a class act to be fair and pulled off some worldly saves.

Agree that Liverpool have gathered a nice fee for the Brazilian and Liverpool oozing quality going forward. Salah has been a phenomenon and adapted so quickly resulting in this deal progressing so quickly otherwise wouldnt have stood a chance at this crucial stage of the season. Put the money towards a safe pair of hands between the sticks and another creative outlet, Keita on his way in summer. I see positive times ahead for Liverpool.
Just a shame you can’t hold onto good players.
