IT was a pretty good night on the site with plenty of winners on the Champions League and Championship.
Nathan probably takes pride of place for his full house of winners on West Brom 1, Derby 4. Maccathered called Liverpool just about perfectly, Greg's Champions League goals tip landed and Scott Allott's members bet paid out as a single on PSG to score 2+ with their last-gasp equaliser.
Plenty of other good winners so sorry for not mentioning everyone – whoever tipped Nottm Forest for example was spot on.
I didn't fancy much but my one bet of over 2.5 goals at PSV and PSG landed for a 6-4 winner.
The Champions League makes way for the Europa League on Thursday and I've posted a preview featuring the four British sides in action – Celtic, Rangers, Arsenal and Chelsea.
The double I've suggested on my preview is tonight's Super Single (nap) and is RB Leipzig to beat Celtic and Rangers +1 at home to Spartal Moscow.
A lot of what I like tonight is too short so instead of a Top Treble I'm doing a moneyback fivefold – starting with Leipzig and also taking Red Bull Salzburg to beat Rosenborg at home in Group B.
Add Zenit, unbeaten in 14 at home, against a struggling Bordeaux and later add on-fire Eintracht Frankfurt at home to Apollon Limassol.
For the fifth choice I consider at better prices Rangers, Marseille at home to Lazio and Dinamo Zagreb at Trnava but I'm going with PAOK to beat Vidi at home as they target second place in Chelsea's group.

Sparta were named as the favourite for promotion at the beginning of the season. They are in second place now and only lost 1 game this season. Sparta only conceded 7 goals in 10 games and have the best defence in the league. They kept 4 clean sheets in 5 home games and scored 2+ in all their 5 home games. Sparta have a couple of players who could easily play on Eredivisie level. Good old Royston Drenthe played the full 900 minutes in their 10 games and striker Lars Veldwijk has scored 6 goals in 10. Sparta host Telstar who are mid table having won 4 games and lost 6. The 4 games they won were against the teams who are 18th, 19th and 20th in the league now. The other game was a 1-0 win against Oss who aren’t very good either. Telstar only scored 10 goals this season and 4 of them came against bottom team Dordrecht, they didn’t score in 3 of their 5 away games.

The level of the Dutch national side is slowly improving and most of this new generation of players play at PSV and Ajax. For the first time in years they are both in the Champions League again with a mix of foreigners and home grown talent. The downside of this is that the Dutch league is a two horse race now. PSV are the league leaders with 36 goals in 9 games and only conceding 3 goals. They won the last 5 games in the league 7-0, 3-0, 2-0, 4-0 and 6-0. PSV visit bottom team Groningen who only scored 5 goals in 9 games, conceding 19. Should be a simple away win by at least 2 goals.

Ajax v Feyenoord
As I stated above the difference between the big 2 and the rest is getting bigger every week. Ajax v Feyenoord is the classic match in Dutch football, but the level between these teams is quite big at this moment. You won’t find odds of 1.45 very often for a Ajax home win and the -1 Asian handicap is available at a decent price. Feyenoord haven’t won at Ajax for over 13 years now and Ajax won 8 of their last 10 meetings in Amsterdam. Ajax have that extra gear on European nights and I expect the crowd to create a same sort of atmosphere on Sunday. I can see Ajax run riot here with their best squad in years.

Celtic travel to Leipzig without several key players including Scott Brown, Leigh Griffiths, James Forrest and Tom Rogic confirmed absent and Benkovic doubtful who has been a great addition at centre back. A full strength Celtic side would struggle here and Leipzig could help themselves. Celtic have a huge game on Sunday against Hearts in the league cup and I wouldn’t be surprised to see this take priority.

Of course they will. I just feel there’s a lacklustre feeling around Celtics Europa campaign. Dropping down to Europa, then pulling out two superior football sides in Leipzig/Salzburg who despite being superior aren’t household names, and Rosenberg who were dispatched of only weeks before in the champions league. It seems that a third place finish and European exit has been generally accepted and seen as almost inevitable and with the stakes much higher this season domestically it’s probably a blessing.

I fancy Cruzeiro to win this and put a few goals past Ceara. Cruzeiro have had a lot of their recent focus on the Copa de Brasil (which they just a week ago), and since then have put their foot down on the accelerator in Serie A again, beating Chapacoense a couple of days ago 3-0. They have all their main players available and I expect a solid home performance tonight.
Ceara are pretty woeful with a terrible away record (2 wins, 4 draws & 8 losses so far in the campaign).

Sticking to this game tonight like flies around sh*t. Chelsea have been annihilating their Europa opposition so far in terms of corners awarded alongside dangerous attacks and tonight its extremely likely to continue.
To throw some numbers out there Chelsea racked up EIGHTEEN team corners at home to Videoton (94 to 28 dangerous attacks) with there being ELEVEN match corners at half time and TWENTY ONE match corners at full time. Previously, away at PAOK Salonika, Chelsea were awarded ELEVEN team corners (21 to 60 dangerous attacks) with there being NINE match corners at half time and FIFTEEN match corners at full time.
Looking as far back as two years ago it can be seen that BATE Borisov have frequently shipped a lot of corners on their travels, whether it was in the Europa League or Champions League Qualifying. To put this into context BATE Borisov conceded NINE corners away to European powerhouses HJK Helsinki in CL qualifying in August. They also conceded six at Videoton with there being five at the interval. All things considered I think its safe to assume the ball will be placed inside the quadrant a fair bit tonight.
