FOUR teams are playing for two Champions League places on the final day of the Serie A season.
Atalanta and Inter will take the slots on Sunday if they beat Sassuolo and Empoli respectively while AC Milan and Roma are waiting for slip-ups.
There should be a status quo with Atalanta a short price at Sassuolo – it's being played away while work is done on Atalanta's stadium – and Inter likewise when they entertain Empoli.
Atalanta have been in good form and are unbeaten in 14 in Serie A – their only recent blip being an Italian Cup Final defeat at Lazio. They hammered Sassuolo 6-2 away and face a side with just one win in six.
As long as Atalanta don't succumb to nerves they should win and book a Champions League place for the first time.
They are no bigger than 2-9 so try Atalanta -1 at 8-13 with boylesports on an acca.
Inter are slightly bigger at 2-5 with Marathonbet and that's because Empoli could be relegated if they don't win.
Empoli have given themselves a chance of staying up with three successive victories and with Inter#s from dipping to one win in five there could be a shock here. Empoli are 8-1 at BetVictor to notch the points that guarantees their survival.
If Inter slip up city rivals AC will take their Champions League place if they win at SPAL. Milan have won three in a row so should win at 11-20 with Betway but both to score could be a better bet at 7-10 with William Hill as it's landed in five of SPAL's previous six.
Roma need a lot to happen to climb from sixth to third or fourth but have to beat Parma and hope for the best. Again they are short at 2-9.
Genoa are the only side that can relegate Empoli and will fancy their chances at a Fiorentina side who have lost six in a row – the previous four by 1-0. To grab the win that could safe them Genoa are a best 17-5 at betfair.
