IT was Super Sunday yesterday with Spurs v Chelsea – now it's monumental Monday with Man United taking on Arsenal.
I got it wrong by tipping Spurs to win at huge odds of 2-1 but was correct with my assertion both teams would score.
In fact having been written off by almost everyone Chelsea should have won it in the end but for Didier Drogba's missed penalty.
Hopefully I can be spot on with the Old Trafford result. It's not an easy one to call because on their day either can beat any team on the planet.
Draw would be the simple shout but one side normally wins at Old Trafford and with United showing they're back to their best it could be them.
Their last home league outing resulted in a 7-1 defeat of Blackburn with Dimitar Berbatov notching five and confidence will be sky high.
United will also be desperate to climb above not only the Gunners but local rivals Man City although they have two games in hand over their Eastland rivals.
United, now favourites for the title after just one win in seven by Chelsea, are a best evens with Ladbrokes and Betfred and I can see them winning by one.
Arsenal are 3-1 at William Hill and Paddy Power with the draw paying 13-5 at Chandler.
Berbatov is 11-2 with Coral to score first and I'll be on him ahead of sidekick Wayne Rooney who is 5-1.
Marouane Chamakh (Coral) and Robin van Persie (bodog) are 8-1 chances if you fancy the Gunners.
If you see it as a tight game that might be settled from a deadball look at Nemanja Vidic each-way at 25-1 with Ladbrokes against a defence that is sometimes dodgy. To score at any time the Serb is 8-1 with Ladbrokes and Paddy Power.
A 2-1 Man Utd scoreline returns 15-2 with sportingbet and William Hill while both teams to score is 8-11 at Coral and not to 6-5 with Chandler.
Super Single
- Vidic to score (8-1, Ladbrokes, Paddy Power)
