THE final quarter-final is between hosts France and shocktroops Iceland on Sunday.
France were my antepost picks and I'm pleased they have avoided the big guns as they target a last-four place.
Iceland deserve credit for beating England but that's it for them. That was their cup final – it's time to say au revoir and catch a plane home to Reyjkavik on Monday to be greeted as heroes.
The French overcame an equally resistant Republic of Ireland and that game showed they have the patience and tools to deal with sides like the Irish and Iceland.
They also have matchwinners and players in form – unlike England – and I expect Atletico Madrid's Antoine Griezmann to give the Icelandic defence a tough time.
He netted twice against the Irish but it could have been four and he is 9-2 at BetBright to break the deadlock and 17-10 at betfair to net at any time.
Dmitri Payet was kept quiet by the Irish but he can shine again and is 7-2 at Ladbrokes to grab his third of the tournament.
France are about the same price as England were to beat Iceland with 888sport offering a best 5-11 to win in 90 minutes and 2-11 to qualify.
Iceland are 5-1 with William Hill to reach the Final and 9-1 at BetBright to win in normal time – against England they were bigger at 10-1. So on paper bookies are saying England are better than France. Au contraire.
I'm convinced France will win and win well so best bets could be over 1.5 France goals at 7-10 with Coral or over 2.5 at 11-5 with Betfred and William Hill.
Both teams have netted in Iceland's four matches so it can't be ruled as France have conceded to Romania and Ireland. It's a decent price at 6-4 with William Hill. France 3, Iceland 1 – now that would the perfect score for me at 15-1 with McBookie.

True say, brother. Haven’t had a Euros punt since Iceland. Fancied extra time tonight but was scared to back it. It came in. If I had to back anything it would be both teams to score. Wouldn’t trust anyone to keep a clean sheet when really they should, that includes France.
