I'VE had one winner, one loser and one void from my three Betfred moneyback accas.
Prices are so short on the favourites which is why I've adopted this tactic.
Using level stakes I'm showing decent profit with a 13-2 winner and I was unlucky on Saturday with Hamilton conceding late to void my bet – and I wasn't happy to see Accies keeper Gary Woods claiming he was fouled.
There are another round of games tonight with many of the groups taking shape and I'm starting the fivefold with short-priced favourites Hearts and Hibs.
Hearts have started Group B with two wins to nil against lower-league sides and should make it three at Peterhead. The Blue Toon always have a chance of a goal with the prolific Rory McAllister in their ranks but Hearts, with new boy Kyle Lafferty starting with three strikes in two games, should have too much firepower.
The Jambos are just 1-4 and it's OK for the moneyback fivefold. Over 2.5 match goals has a chance at 40-85 with McBookie if you don't want to take the away win.
Hibs are also a biggest 1-4 at home to Arbroath and will be keen to win after drawing at Ross County and missing out on the bonus point in a penalty shoot-out. This should be a convincing victory so consider Hibs -1 or -2 as alternative bets at 1-2 and 7-5 respectively.
Falkirk top Group A after two good wins including a 2-0 success at Inverness at the weekend. They shouldn't have too many problems making it three at home to Group A basement boys Forfar.
At a better price take Dumbarton to beat Annan in Group E. Both have started with two defeats but two leagues separate the sides and I reckon the Sons will get off the mark and are a best 4-7 at Marathonbet. The other game in Group E sees Ayr entertain Clyde and I'm on both teams to score at 5-6 with 10Bet.
Clyde's three matches have produced 12 goals while Annan have conceded four in their two ties.
Livingston are close to winning Group H having taken eight points from nine and lead Partick Thistle by four.
Victory at Stranraer will seal the deal and the Blues are pointless after defeats to St Mirren and Stranraer by at least two goals. Livi are a best 1-2 with McBookie and if you fancy Stranraer to lose and score for the third time running look at 21-10 with McBookie.
In the other Group H Partick Thistle, who mauled St Mirren 5-0 at the weekend, are 5-12 at 888sport to win at Airdrie.
The fivefold pays 15-4 with Marathonbet and remember your stake will be returned for one wrong.
In Group C the only game is Highland League champions Buckie against League One Raith in a match between two sides with no points.
