NOT the best of weeks with TB12 stinking up Detroit and losing against his ex-defensive coach.
I was high on the points tonight but it's high as a single so taking a different approach.
The money is on Tampa which means if the Steelers want a win it’ll have to come through Big Ben's arm. Again, it's not about the price, but more so the number is over 300 looks achievable.
The total pass yards between both QB’s also looks appealing but I’ll stick to Ben.
Recommended Bet
- Roethlisberger Over 300.5 Passing Yards
- (4-5, bet365) – 2.5 points
Well done @jordon. Missed it but great tip.
Cheers mate 👍🏻
Really like your Vikes tonight. As good as that Rams offence is, I think a 7 spread is very reasonable. Last week was a one off. Rams DB’s banged up, big game for Thielen. No write up really but money seems to be going the same way I’m thinking. Hopefully Dalvin is a go, should be one hell of a game.
Minnesota Vikings +7.5 @ 3/4 @ 365 – 2 points (Bit of insurance if the Rams win by a TD).
Vikes best chance tonight is for cousins to take advantage of a few injuries in the rams D. So I’m looking at cousins passing yards. Realistically he may be forced into a shoot out if rams score like they have been. Spread on bet365 is over 272 yards at 5/6. William hill offering over 255 yards at 17/20. For arguments sake that’s 2p for every £1 you bet so I’ll take the less yards and hope cousins comes good
Cousins over 255 yards @ 17/20
Rudolph anytime 2/1
Hi gents. Vikes covered the +7.5 in probably the best game so far this season. Sunday see’s some tough matchups but I fell I have a treble that should be plain sailing spread out across the evening.
Starting in Atlanta we see the Bengals against the Falcons with Atlanta having been dealt another blow in their secondary with another safety out for the season. The Falcons are giving up an average of 28 points per game, with the Saints scoring 43 on them last week. Cincinnati will be boosted by the fact AJ Green likely to play. I can see this being a shootout very much like our Thursday contest.
From the second slate we have the Jimmy G-less 49ers head to LA to face the Chargers. This spread is double digits for a reason. The 49ers have chosen to go with Bethard after losing their QB with an ACL tear. The Chargers haven’t excelled on defense and are still without their star Joey Bosa, but still have players such as Melvin Ingram, with the rookie Derwin James looking very good. Ultimately I can’t see Bethard keeping up with this offence. Rivers is an elite QB imo with Gordon performing well early on. Keenan Allen hasn’t done much but he usually takes some time to get into his stride barring he stays healthy.
Sunday night football sees an AFC North slugfest with Baltimore heading to Pittsburgh. This is always one to watch. The Steelers are still without Leveon Bell, and it would be interesting to compare records had he been paid over the off season. They’ve looked shaky at times, almost bottling their big lead in Tampa on Monday. The Ravens have been steady on D as usual, and their offence has picked up with their free agency receiver splashes. A fair price for Baltimore to score two TD’s here. The Steelers are allowing an average on 30 points to opposing teams allowing 42 against Kansas. Now Baltimore are no Kansas, but they still have good weapons to do some damage here.
Bengals/Falcons Over 43.5 Points – 6:00PM
LA Chargers -2.5 – 9:25PM
Baltimore Ravens Over 1.5 TD’s – Monday 1:20AM
94/100 @ 365 – 5 points
Andy Dalton (Bengals) Over 260.5 Passing Yards @ 10/11 @ Skybet – 3.3 points
Joe Flacco (Ravens) Over 247.5 Passing Yards @ 10/11 @ Skybet – 3.3 points
