IT'S that time of year when thoughts turn to ante post selections and two bets stand out for me with a common theme emerging – The Mighty Shakers potential (and highly likely) freefall!
With gaffer Ryan Lowe gone and talismanic playmaker Danny Mayor joining him at Argyle, the future looks bleak for Bury amongst our ongoing financial shenanigans – although it pains me to say it, we will struggle big time next season.
The only bright note is that old friends Bolton Wanderers could well be joining us at the arse end of League One with their handicapped start only adding to their own woes on and off the field!
I'll also include up and coming AFC Fylde who narrowly missed out last campaign but who have the infrastructure and squad to hit at a bigger weight than their current National League level.
