The Glorious Goodwood festival continues on Thursday and Cairnzy and Rizzel have selected two horses each for Thursday's Lucky 15 bet.

Cairnzy's Tips
Sir Gabriel 6/1 – Goodwood 5.55
Sir Gabrial is moving up in class for this race, following an impressive victory at Salisbury where he won by seven lengths. My selection is up 6lb for that recent victory but is due to be raised a 6lbs, making him well weighted in this contest. He holds strong chances if he can replicate the form shown in his last race and with further improvement expected there's no reason he can't make his presence felt in this company.
Ardbraccan 11/1 – Nottingham 4.20
Mick Appleby had a lovely winner at Goodwood yesterday with Big Mojo and his yard has been in good nick this season. I fancy the chances of his runner Ardbraccan, who I thought was over priced at 11/1. Ardbraccan tends to run well at Nottingham, winning and placing twice in his last three visits to the track. His second behind Beylerbeyi at Doncaster recently is solid piece of form given that one followed up next time out. Jockey Sam Feilden claims seven pounds, which will aid his chances further.
Rizzel's Tips
Letherfly 13/2 – Galway 3.55
It's unfortunate that I already picked Letherfly for the Lucky 15 when Cairnzy stuck up One Look for the main thread, but that's the way it's going to go sometimes.
I do think Letherfly has a decent enough chance in this contest which doesn't appear to be a vintage Listed Irish race. I can see why One Look was the selection of Carinzy as if she returns to anywhere near the form of her debut run in the big sales race, she will walk this race. I have doubts over her, as she was really bad last time out in the Irish Guineas Trial, and I'd have expected a lot more, and it wasn't enough to say the ground was just the issue, or the trip.
Letherfly will like the ground, and will really appreciate this stiff track and the extra furlong. She came from last place to finish 3rd in a Listed race at Naas just over a week ago, and she looked in desperate need of a longer trip which she will be getting today. She is drawn in Stall 14 which is far from ideal, but we've seen horses come from off the pace, so fingers crossed she gets a clear run.
Enderman 11/4 – Epsom 8.35
It's strange to see Enderman running at Epsom in the last race of the day.
Paul Midgley doesn't tend to send runners to Epsom and to send Enderman for the last race of the day as his sole running of the day is even stranger. This is a competitive 0-68 handicap and with the rain expected to land, the ground should change and that could set it up nicely for Enderman who has form on soft ground.
This horse has been hitting the frame on a regular basis and he looks like he will strike at any moment, and with this being a small runner field, it's the perfect race for him to do so.
WHAT IS A LUCKY 15 BET?
A Lucky 15 bet consists of 15 unique bets, covering every possible combination that comes from backing four selections. The 15 bets are broken down like this:
– 1 fourfold accumulator
– 4 trebles, with each treble omitting one of your selections
– 6 doubles, again covering every possible combination
– 4 singles
The attraction of a Lucky 15 is that it offers many more ways to win than a standard accumulator. A Lucky 15 uses both your acca and your singles as well as producing trebles and doubles that reward you for correctly calling 2/4 or 3/4 of your selections. To cover the 15 separate bets, a Lucky 15 uses your stake 15 times. If you were to place £1 on a Lucky 15, you would be staking £15 in total across the various bets.
