Yeah Man put in a lovely staying performance in the Grand National Trial at Haydock over 3m 4f to beat My Silver Lining who would've been my antepost selection in the Eider Chase if he didn't run at Haydock yesterday. Gavin Cromwell is mustard when sending his horses to the UK and he seems to going back to Ireland with a win every weekend.

Punchestown 2:35 – We'llhavewan 15/8 (2pt, WilliamHill)

The Grand National Trial race at Punchestown hasn't been a happy hunting ground for Willie Mullins, but I am siding with Paul Townend's ride, We'llhavewan.

Willie won this race in 2020 with a horse carrying 9st 9lbs, and today his main horse for the race, according to the jockey bookings, carries 10st. This horse isn't the usual type of horse to be running in this race, he has been chasing before but has recently been over hurdles as that is what has suited him best, and his handicap mark in both spheres would suggest that he is well handicapped off his current handicap mark of 115, but he is running off 118 as he is out the weights. He is rated 136 over hurdles after his recent win over 3m 1f on heavy ground in a Listed race which saw him breeze to success with Summerville Boy back in second spot. The runner-up has franked the form with a big run in a Grade 2 at Gowran Park when behind Monkfish, so there's no doubting the recent form for Paul Townend's ride. That run last time out was a career-best and I think he could be seen to even better effect over further, so the step up to 3m 3f will really suit him, despite not being as experienced over fences.

What is interesting is that Paul Townend has opted to take the ride and his previous lowest riding weight over the last 12 months has been 10st 5lbs, so for him to lose 5lbs to take this ride is of major notice as that won't be a comfortable task for Paul, and he must really believe this horse has a superb chance.

Well have wan only 13/8 surely the shrewd bookmakers would of slashed these odds if they thought it was a winner or are they trying to entice you in making it shorten just a bit to make you think it’s only going to get shorter through the day so get on now before it disappears only for it to lose . You see how short all the other favs are on the card I smell a rat 😂

13/8 in a 16 runner h’cap, I don’t care how well h’capped he is you can stick that price where the sun don’t shine. Absolutely crazy bet for the average punter.

Really looking forward to seeing NO FLIES ON HIM today.
I was hugely impressed by his win over Xmas and backed him for the Supreme after the race. Price hasn’t changed much with it looking more and more likely that Ballyburn will run here and the fact that JP is mob handed he may not even go to the festival.
But hopefully he can lay down a marker today.
No Bet today but will watch with great interest

    6-1 win
    6-4 top 3 finish ⬅️ NAP 🏇 bet365
    20-80 stake.

This improver should be right there with a chance of winning so will now promptly fall or finish last.
That’s why the place option is the nap and not straight win

Some will say this is out of the handicap, I prefer to say it gets in on a featherweight and has form to suggest it can place

Have to say Tullyhill was very impressive there .disappointed with no flies on him . Looks like Mullins have another lively one for the supreme

Ballyburn wins the Supreme, he wins any race he enters.
Hard to know if Tullyhill was impressive or the others didn’t run up to scratch.
It will be interesting to see what RPR he is given for the run.
I’d watch for Jigoro’s mark too with h’caps in mind.

    Aquaduct -Race 7….Ministerial 4/1 **+ Coral
Very lightly raced compared to others in here and improved every run – BUT been off since last June so maybe needs the run although it’s not a great concern with his workouts that look as solid as the rest. Trainer Wesley Ward doesn’t plant horses in Aquaduct races for nothing

Seen that Dazzman on ATR app and thought it’s a misprint surely! 🤷‍♂️
I’d have Daddy and No:5 and 11 in for a combo forecast or tricast if available for some pittens.

Santa Anita -Race 8..Big Pond ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Detritus best ride of the night by my estimation’s and it’s tight race but Dettori is and can be the difference at Santa Anita along with Flavian Prat who’s on Rose Maddox you won’t go to wrong 🤔
    Reverse forecast Numbers = 2 -5 ⭐️
Or for smaller stakes and to best spread the betting as its quite an open race so…
    Combo/Fc (x6 bets) Numbers = 2 -5- 4 and 1 if any NRs

    Santa Anita -Race 9..Fast Chaz 5/1 ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️
Godolphin been on form last 2 days I’ll go with him to keep on improving after decent debut and blasting 59.30 over 5 Furlongs “breezing” In workouts.
    Side bet …Combo forecast No: = 12 -5-3 🌟

      A real “$hit show!”

      Santa Anita-Race 2…Bonaqua 13/8 Skybet Boost
I see no reason all things being equal out the blocks and Flavian Prat staying aboard, why this horse would be beaten by the current favourite after beating him by 7 lengths last time and 3rd favourite by Fatimid same margins.
There at the same weights here so need be a goood debit run from others I’d say.

      An that’s all she wrote!”
