Craig Bellamy has got off to a promising start as Wales boss and will be looking to keep the feelgood factor going when he takes his side to Iceland tonight in the UEFA Nations League.
With a home draw against Euro 2024 quarter-finalists Turkey and a win on the road Montenegro under his belt already, Bellamy has got the Welsh fans thinking another special era could be possible.
But his side face a tough challenge tonight on the road against an Iceland side who won at Wembley in a friendly just a few months.
Iceland have already beaten Montenegro at home so they will be confident of bursting Bellamy's bubble in Reykjavik.

Iceland vs Wales top betting tips
What has pleased the Welsh fans is that Bellamy has the team playing front-foot football so I'm expecting this match to be a decent spectacle.
Betano price over 2.5 goals at 5/4 and that looks worth a punt while adding on BTTS in a bet builder boosts the odds to 29/20.
Both sides will be going for a win so dabbling in the corner market is another strategy worth pursuing. Betano price over 9.5 corners at 6/5 and that also looks pretty decent value.
Hungary vs Netherlands top betting tips
The Netherlands impressed me at Euro 2024 and they've carried that form into the UEFA Nations League, crushing Bosnia 5-2 then drawing 2-2 with Germany.
Ronald Koeman's side now face a tough trip to Hungary, with the Magyars unbeaten at home in their last 11 outings. But Hungary seem to have suffered a hangover from their early exit at the Euros, with results poor so far in the Nations League.
They were battered 5-0 on the road in Germany and could only draw 0-0 at home to Bosnia so that's why Betano make the Dutch 3/5 hot favourites.
It's probably safer going for goals with Koeman's side scoring for fun but also conceding twice in both their Nations League outings so far. Combining BTTS with over 2.5 goals just takes you above evens at 51/50 with Betano.
Cody Gakpo has been in great form for club and country and the Dutch winger is 13/10 for anytime scorer.
Bosnia & Herzegovina vs Germany top betting tips
The Germans are also flying under Julian Nagelsmann and they should have too much class for Bosnia in the other group game.
The Bosnians conceded five times in Amsterdam and that suggests they may struggle to contain another talented attack, although Germany are missing Jamal Musiala and Kai Havertz due to injury.
Germany have scored seven times in their two Nations League games and always play attacking football under Nagelsmann. So I'm going to combine a the away win with over 2.5 goals at 27/20 with Betano.
Stuttgart's Denis Undav should get the nod up front with Havertz out and he's in fine form, with six goals already. The striker is 21/20 at Bet365 for anytime scorer.

I’m expecting a big night from Breanna Stewart for Liberty so I’ll stick with her for my props:
Over 9.5 rebounds 8/11 ❌ gets 9
Over 6.5 Q1 points 8/11 ❌
Over 1.5 made 3s 11/10✅ missed an open 3 in Q1 that would have brought this and the Q1 points tally home, ultimately had to wait for Q3 for this to cash with q1 a loser at 5 points
For something richer you can try 12+ rebounds, 15/8. ❌

Georgia to win at 13/5
Georgia will give most teams a game nowadays, their attack is lethal at times and a lot better than Ukraine’s Imo, 13/5 on the win is well worth a punt.

As an English bloke, I’m surprised no one has mentioned how absolutely excruciatingly awful the England team were yesterday.
We thought Southgate was an unimaginative, overpaid waste of space. (and he was). But, despite having a hugely talented bench, Lee Carsley managed to spectacularly f*ck things up against Greece. Yes, Greece!
England needs Jurgen – even a part-time Jurgen telephoning instructions in would produce better results on the pitch.
If things don’t improve soon, I’m seriously considering transitioning to Scottish – al least you guys have more fun🤣
As the great Bill Shankly once said, If you can’t support us when we lose or draw, then don’t support us when we win….
Fans these days have massive over reactions to absolutely everything , we had a bad game and lost big deal and as for the tournaments only 1 team can win it , it’s not as easy as people make out, although we have had some very big opportunities
Football is an easy game, play to your strengths and just play your game, the rest takes care of itself.
Guys,
We had just TWO shots on target the entire game. You can understand players being a little “rusty”, or perhaps a goalie having a bad day. But it’s the lack of attempts which are the issue here – it’s not like Greece is known for having a world-class defence is it? 🤣
The setup last night was shocking any decent team would of put 5 or 6 past us, one pass and in reminds me of what AFCON used to be like. Glad to say that and Carsley won’t get the job now anyway
as a proud scot i always support scotland
3-0 croatia
3-1 croatia, mctominay to score
Credit to the Scottish team – all players seem to play with 100% passion (even if lacking ability at times)
And when skills aren’t there, they just foul the heck out of the opposition 🤣
need some buckie in the drinking bottle
scotland have played without a recognised striker for years
doesnt work
We play recognised strikers, they’ve just generally not been good enough
