And later on Dortmund managed to just beat Hertha Berlin 1-0 in a match I switched off at half-time as it was duller than watching the washing machine spin round.
There are three more matches in the Bundesliga on Sunday and I like the look of away specialists Wolfsburg at Werder Bremen.

Short and sweet from me today……Union Berlin are my main pick today. Mainly because Schalke are stinking! I personally watched them at home to Werder Bremen last weekend and they have the look of a side who have downed tools already,with no real threat of relegation and no chance of Europe. Bremen who are at the wrong end of the table, spent the first half camped in their opponents half with possession at 72%/28% at one point. Any side with a cutting edge would have had the game won by half time. As Mr. fixit says Berlin, although not in great form themselves, have picked up most of their points at home and schalke are without a win in 90 mins ince 17th January.
The home side are worth taking outright to win and unders has a chance as well.

Don’t normally have time to post tips but a quick go with teams that have been bringing me winners recently.
Fuglafjordur vs Argir , Faroe Islands premier league.
It’s safe to say Fuglafjordur like a goal in their games , with ( albeit including the break in football ) only 2 of their games in the last year seeing under 2.5.
Argir haven’t seen as many goals recently , but this is more down to the fact 4 out their last 5 have been against better opposition in the top half of the league and a quick look at their stats may cause doubt , but fuglafjordur are one of the only teams I could see any team in that league scoring against.
H2H wise these two teams last 3 encounters last year brought in a total of 17 goals.

Looking at form since returning from the break rather than before , and vikingur have certainly hit the ground running , and although it has been friendlies they have hit 10 goals in their past 2 games. What’s interesting about that is the teams they played both play top flight in Iceland so it isn’t like they have hit 10 against lower ranked teams.
KR don’t seem to have come back as strong but at home are more than capable of netting. They had a close fought match in January which ended 2-1 after extra time , but I expect a lot more goals in this one with form before the stoppage going out the window.
