Michael O’neil took over at Stoke in november when they were propping up the table now they sit 8 places higher. Their form in the 22 games since he joined is the 7th best in that time, in 2020 their form is the 3rd best. They play a Reading side who struggle at home and whose record against the teams below them at home is very poor( played 7 lost 5). Their overall record at home this season is the 3rd worst.
Obviously there has been the break so it is almost a new season but the stats so far point to teams away from home fairing better so this adds to my confidence. At 7/5 Stoke are terrific value imo to take the 3 points today.

Think i may have spotted my potential bet for June. I very much doubt many have noticed me on here as i only have 1 bet a month. I jotted down Brentford to win away at Reading on the 30th after Brentford won today. There was someone today on here who mentioned Reading are poor at home, now anyone who knows what happend today will know there best player Joao went off with a hamstring injury today, i will be waiting to see the length of time this keeps him out for before i place my bet (if i do) as i think him out is the key for almost guaranteed away win. Skybet have them at 4/5 currently, as a rule of mine i never back odds on so i will be looking into how i can increase the odds slightly, possibly goals or i will look into the cards and corners just to try to get the bet a touch bigger than even money.
I doubt many look this far ahead in matches but if anyone has any thoughts i would be greatful to hear. Well done you all today with finding winners.
