CELTIC visit Motherwell in the SPFL on Friday night and the contrast in the sides' results last weekend couldn't have been more different.
Motherwell crashed out of the Scottish Cup to Albion Rovers and 24 hours later Celtic hammered Hearts 7-0 with a sublime display at Tynecastle.
Fir Park boss Stuart McCall insisted it was his most embarrassing moment in football – so he'll know how Jambos boss Gary Locke is feeling.
The Hearts gaffer suffered as Celtic hit seven past his men last Sunday and you have to fear the worst for Well.
Looking at Friday's game all I can see is a comprehensive win for the SPFL champions. And here's the good news – Celtic are backable at a best 4-7 with Paddy Power to win and also tempt at 11-8 with McBookie minus one goal.
I tipped them to beat Hearts by three or more and Celtic -2 will be jumped on at 10-3 with Ladbrokes by punters who expect a repeat rout.
Hearts stood off their rivals and let them play but Celtic were classy and clinical with goals coming from all over the park – Kris Commons, Joe Ledley, Scott Brown and even Mikael Lustig.
So while it's easier to pick a winner tonight choosing a first scorer is trickier. In the end I'm siding with Commons at 5-1 with the likes of William Hill after his Tynecastle treble took his tally to six in five Premiership games, including one versus Well in October.
Motherwell are 5-1 with Coral while the draw pays 10-3 at bet365.
Celtic to win and both to score has a chance at 12-5 with Coral as the clean sheet at Hearts was the Hoops' first in six games.
However, if you can't score against the wee Rovers what chance have you got against the big Bhoys?

I’m going for third winning week in a row with First Goalscorer. I hit Commons twice and plenty of you were on him @ 15/2. Although he’s joint favourite to score first tomorrow I’m going with Charlie Mulgrew and Van Dijk. I can’t make my mind up which player to bet on so I have to back both. At big odds I don’t think there will be any complaints should one of them score first.

Motherwell a shadow of last seasons team. Yes they’re 3rd in the league but their goal difference I think is a good indicator of how good they really are! Said it weeks ago before they played dundee utd but reckon McCall is regretting not taking blades job in the summer. Nothing is set in stone but can’t see anything but a good win for celts tonight.
