FIVE more matches this week from a first trip to Germany, hoping to make this a future fixture in the Premier League calendar.
We have picked out three games where we feel some plays are worthy of taking on.
Michael van Gerwen v Daryl Gurney – Gerwen leads 11-2
MVG is super short at 1/4 and despite the head to head 11-2 scoreline will inspire backers accumulators.
Gurney is third favourite for relegation so needs to try and motor forward but MVG will look to get a flying start and causing more misery for Gurney.
Rob Cross v Raymond van Barneveld – Cross leads 3-0
Cross claims to be back on track now after a sensational UK Open qualifying weekend recently and was quoted saying he was getting back into his practice routine.
The odds on appeals at 5/6 as Rob is throwing first and is difficult to overcome if he takes a lead. With the 3-zip head to head, Cross certainly knows how to beat Barney over shorter and longer formats.
I think Cross is worth taking on over this format and could go the distance.
Peter Wright v Gary Anderson – Anderson leads 23-13
To end the night see the battle of the Scots with one market for me that is worthy of taking on. This is Anderson for most 180’s at
10/11 Betfair. Anderson over the last two weeks has hit nine compared to Wright’s four and with Wright continually tweaking his set up more often than not is Anderson’s gain where recent back issues has not affected Ando visually.
Peter won this fixture a year ago 7-5 but went on five successive head to head defeats before edging out Gary at the Slam in November.
Even with a draw a possible outcome I still see Gary passing the most maximums mark.
Recommendations

- Rob Cross to beat Raymond van Barneveld @ 5/6 General 2 pts
