Notable Movers

Robert Lewandowski – 5/2

Champions League top scorer Robert Lewandowski actually failed to find the net in his last outing in a thrilling 2-2 draw with Atalanta that rounded off the inaugural league stage of the competition.

Lamine Yamal and Ronald Araujo were the goal-scorers this time around, with the draw meaning Barcelona crept into second place in the table, two points behind Liverpool.

The former Bayern man is currently the bookies' joint-favourite to take home the Champions League Golden Boot and is priced at 9/4. He has bagged nine goals already during the current campaign, registering a staggering 1.1 xGOT per 90 minutes, as well as an average of 1.41 shots on target per game.

Even at the ripe old age of 36, Lewandowski is still showing why he ought to be considered one of Europe's top strikers. He has equally managed 18 goals in 21 La Liga matches this season, showing that his class extends across all competitions.

Considering Barcelona's form and the formidable trio fashioned from Raphinha, Lamine Yamal and the 36-year-old veteran himself, Lewandowski could be an excellent value choice for punters at his current price.

Serhou Guirassy – 4/1

Hugely underrated Guinean striker Serhou Guirassy has been on fire in the Champions League this season, and is currently the competition's top scorer with 10 goals, having surpassed previous frontrunner Lewandowski with a goal in Borussia Dortmund's 3-0 aggregate win over Sporting Lisbon.

Outside the Champions League, Guirassy also managed a four-goal haul against Union Berlin this weekend, which demonstrates just how lethal the forward has been for Dortmund in a season which has seen the club disappointingly placed in mid-table in the Bundesliga.

The striker has 19 goals in 31 games in all competitions and stands at the top of the UCL scoring charts, with his team set to face an impressive Lille side in the Round of 16. Although this may be a tough fixture, Guirassy still has an excellent chance to improve his goal tally and push Dortmund towards a memorable Champions League campaign during a season that has yielded much dissatisfaction.

Priced at 4/1, the forward would give a good return if he were able to come out on top, but the difficulty of Dortmund's next fixture should prove to be a deterrent for bettors.

Kylian Mbappe – 6/1

Kylian Mbappe is now priced at 6/1 to be the Champions League's top scorer this season after an incredible round against Manchester City saw him add four goals to his tally from a previously underwhelming total of three.

A single goal in the away fixture was followed by an outstanding hat-trick at the Bernabeu, a performance which silence Mbappe's critics and showed why he is still one of the world's most prolific attacking threats.

Pep Guardiola's Citizens were helpless to resist the Frenchman, who moved into joint fourth place in the scoring charts. This gave him a great chance of making up for time lost on rivals Lewandowski, Raphinha, and Guirassy.

With Real Madrid's Round of 16 fixture coming in the shape of a local derby against Atletico, fans should expect the legendary winger to get himself on the scoresheet again in dramatic fashion, and therefore see him move ever closer to the coveted Champions League Golden Boot.

Now at 6/1, Mbappe would be an excellent choice for punters. Los Blancos are expected to go all the way in the competition, which gives the Frenchman a fantastic chance of finding the back of the net again and helping his new club to an extension of their winning record in the UCL.
