IT could be the final before the quarter-finals as Real Madrid and PSG face off on Wednesday night.

Real paid the price for failing to win their Champions League group by being paired with PSG but the French will have expected an easier tie after topping a section that included Bayern Munich and Celtic.

Barcelona v PSG is possibly the only match-up that would be more exciting and the eyes of the world will be on the Bernabeu.

Real's problems have been well documented and they sit fourth in La Liga and a massive 17 points behind Barca while PSG are strolling towards another French crown.

PSG are worthy favourites to qualify at 8-11 with Ladbrokes while Real are 13-10 at Marathonbet.

To win tonight Real are 7-5 with McBookie and PSG 19-10 at William Hill but I'm on a draw at 14-5 with McBookie and that would set up a cracking decider in Paris. A scoring draw pays 7-2 at McBookie.

Zinedine Zidane's men have shown signs of returning their best in recent weeks and have netted 19 in five games – but that included drawing against Levante and losing at home to Leganes in the Spanish Cup.

PSG have hit 19 in six so goals shouldn't be in short supply and bookies know it. Over 2.5 is shorter than 1-2 so try over 3.5 at 13-10 with betfair. Both to score and over 2.5 is 4-6 at Marathonbet.

With stars such as Cristiano Ronaldo, Neymar, Kylian Mbappe and either Gareth Bale or Karim Benzema on show picking a first scorer is almost impossible. Neymar's been linked with a move to Real and has netted in his last three.

He loves the big stage and is not bad value at 23-18 with Unibet to score. Ronaldo is bigger at 7-5 with Paddy Power.

Tonight's other tie sees Liverpool travel to Porto and while you always worry about Jurgen Klopp's defence they should have too much firepower with Mo Salah, Sadio Mane and Roberto Firmino on top form.

Liverpool will be without the banned Emre Can while Virgil van Dijk makes his Champions League debut for the club. Marcano, Danilo and Andre are doubts for Porto who will be without star striker Vincent Aboubakar.

Back Liverpool to win at 11-8 with Betfred and take Salah to score at 13-8 with Paddy Power. Less risky is Liverpool not to lose at 2-5 with Coral.
