THE games I've picked out for goals have been mentioned by other people including Greg and HullShaker so that's good news.
Start in the English Championship with Barnsley v Nottm Forest. All three of Barnsley's games have featured btts this season as have Forest's last two – and if Millwall had taken their chances it would have been three.
Rangers fans will be aware Warburton liked his teams to play football and attack and although it's early days it's working at Forest and if he can keep £750,000 signing Jason Cummings from Hibs warming the bench he must have options up top.
Barnsley have lost their opening league games despite scoring so Forest and btts is a possibility. On the head to heads this game has brought up btts in three out of four with Forest winning 5-2 and 4-1.
Add Brentford v Bristol City which has come up in two of the last three meetings. City have netted nine in three outings this season while Brentford netted three against Forest at the weekend and three in midweek at Wimbledon.
The third pick is courtesy of HullShaker because I don't really follow the National League. He's tipped it and looking at the stats promoted Fylde have started by drawing 2-2, 1-1 and 3-3 while Maidenhead's three matches have also produced goals for both teams.
2pts Both to Score Treble
- Barnsley v Nottm Forest
- Brentford v Bristol City
- Fylde v Maidenhead
- (27-10, unibet)
Yep on the 1st 2 but adding Leeds/Fulham for my treb.
