Here are this week's selections.
Our Bet365 6 Scores Challenge predictions
Crystal Palace vs Newcastle
Crystal Palace host Newcastle on Saturday afternoon, with the home side struggling for form this season. Palace have managed just one win so far, losing 50% of their matches. Offensively, they have been underwhelming, scoring only 10 goals across all games, with just three of those coming at Selhurst Park. Notably, two of those home goals came in their 2-2 draw against Leicester.
Newcastle, meanwhile, have shown more consistency, winning five of their 12 matches and losing four. Their away form is mixed, with a record of W2-D2-L2, but defensive stability has been an issue. They have kept only one clean sheet on the road this season and just three in their last 25 away matches, against Sheffield United, Fulham, and Everton.
Both teams are likely to find the net in this game given Newcastle's defensive vulnerabilities and Palace’s home struggles. However, Newcastle’s greater attacking quality should edge them to a 2-1 victory.
- Score 1-2 at 10.0 with Bet365
Wolves vs Bournemouth
Wolves vs Bournemouth has the potential to be a high-scoring encounter. Wolves’ matches this season have averaged four goals per game, with both teams scoring in 10 of their 12 fixtures. Defensively, they have struggled, keeping just one clean sheet—a 2-0 home win against bottom-placed Southampton.
Bournemouth have won four of their 12 matches this season but have been inconsistent on the road, with a record of W1-D2-L3, conceding 11 goals in those games. Both teams have scored in four of Bournemouth’s away matches, and that trend looks likely to continue here.
With Wolves’ leaky defence and Bournemouth’s inability to shut teams out on the road, this game is set up for goals at both ends. Both teams should find the net, and a 2-2 draw feels like a realistic prediction in what could be an entertaining contest.
- Score 2-2 at 13.0 with Bet365
West Ham vs Arsenal
West Ham have endured a challenging season, with a record of W4-D3-L5. However, their 2-0 victory at St. James’ Park on Monday night provided some much-needed relief for their manager. At home, they have recorded a convincing 4-1 win over Ipswich and were somewhat fortunate to edge Manchester United 2-1.
Arsenal, despite losing only twice this season, have struggled for consistency in recent weeks, winning just one of their last five Premier League matches. Their away form has also been patchy, with only two wins—against Aston Villa and Spurs—before a run of four matches without victory, including two losses. However, with key players returning from injury, Arsenal should have enough quality to overcome West Ham.
That said, Arsenal’s defensive record on the road is far from perfect, conceding in four of their six away matches. It would not be surprising to see West Ham find the net, but Arsenal are likely to come out on top.
- Score 1-2 at 9.5 with Bet365
Chelsea vs Aston Villa
Chelsea have only lost twice this season, at home against Manchester City and away at Liverpool. However, they have struggled defensively, keeping just two clean sheets all season and none at home. Given this, it would not be surprising if Aston Villa manage to find the net at Stamford Bridge.
Villa, on the other hand, are in poor form. They have failed to win any of their last seven games across all competitions and have just one league win in their last seven outings. While Villa seem to lack momentum, their ability to score against a Chelsea side yet to keep a home clean sheet should not be ruled out.
Despite Villa’s likely goal, Chelsea’s stronger overall form and home advantage should see them through. A 2-1 victory for Chelsea feels like a logical outcome in a match where both sides are expected to score.
- Score 2-1 at 9.0 with Bet365
Manchester Utd vs Everton
Manchester United are still adjusting to life under their new manager and were outplayed by Ipswich last weekend. However, this marks their first league game at Old Trafford under the new regime. At home this season, United have beaten Fulham, Brentford, and Leicester but suffered defeats against Liverpool and Spurs. Defensive issues persist, with just two clean sheets at Old Trafford so far.
Everton, meanwhile, have only managed two wins this season but have lost just once in their last eight games—a defeat at Southampton. Their matches tend to be low-scoring affairs, reflecting a cautious approach.
This matchup could result in a score draw, with both sides likely satisfied to take a point and move forward. United’s home inconsistencies and Everton’s solid recent form suggest a tight contest where neither side will want to overcommit. A 1-1 draw seems the most plausible outcome.
- Score 1-1 at 8.5 with Bet365
Liverpool vs Manchester City
Liverpool have been in imperious form this season, winning 18 of their 20 matches in all competitions. Fresh off a midweek victory over Real Madrid at Anfield, they have conceded just 13 goals this campaign, though they have allowed goals in half of their Premier League games at home.
Manchester City, on the other hand, are in a dire spell. They have failed to win any of their last six matches across all competitions and suffered a dramatic collapse midweek, allowing Feyenoord to score three late goals to secure a 3-3 draw. In the league, City have now lost their last three games, including a heavy defeat to Spurs in their most recent outing. Confidence appears to be draining from the reigning champions.
Given Liverpool’s dominant form and City’s struggles, it’s difficult to see anything other than another defeat for City as Liverpool push toward securing the league title.
- Score 2-1 at 10.0 with Bet365
The total odds for all six games are a massive 944,775 with Bet365, which may be worth a £1 stake for some fun, I am keen to back both Chelsea and Arsenal to win 2-1 and these two games combined give you odds of 85.50 with Bet365.
