IT'S match day 14 in the Belarusian Premier League and again its corner markets that dominate my interest over the next three days.
BATE Borisov slipping up the last few weeks has ensured it remains tightly bunched at the top of the table and it was great to see Belshina finally get their first victory in 13 attempts since their promotion last season.
As always, we've recorded another Belarusian episode of the Gambla betting podcast as we look at the best opportunities from match day 14
Neman Grodno are in great from and we talk about their impressive Armenian midfielder Gegam Kadimyan as they prepare to face struggling Slutsk and it wouldn't be a Gambla Podcast if we didn't talk about Dinamo Brest's tremendous corner performances this season.
Slutsk vs Neman Grodno (KO Friday – 5pm)
- The home side now winless in 6 (just 2 points from the last 18 available)
- Comprehensively beaten 3-0 last weekend by fellow strugglers Gorodeya and face an in form Neman Grodno
- Grodno have won 4 on the spin scoring 10 goals in the process (beat Gordeya 2-0 a few weeks ago)
- Have the leagues joint top scorer in the ranks in the form of Gegam Kadimyan who has 7 goals so far this season
- Two sides in contrasting form – Grodno worth taking at 13/10
Dinamo Brest vs Gorodeya (KO Saturday – 4pm)
- Corner Kings Brest have now seen 11+ corners in all 13 league games (12+ in 11 of 13)
- Seeing 13.5 corners per game (avg 7.2 team corners per game – 8.1 at home)
- 7 home games have delivered 13/12/16/12/17/14 (all 7 seeing 12+ match corners)
- Brest have the second worst corners against record in the league (conceding 6.3 per game)
- Conceded 4+ corners in all 13 league games (5+ in 11 of 13)
- Gorodeya have the second worst corner against record in the league on the road (7.1 per game)
- Positive result last week and more than capable of hitting 3+ against a Brest side who concede 4+ every week
Shakhtyor vs Rukh Brest ( KO Sunday – 6pm)
- Ruk Brest despite their goal shy performances, do rack up decent corner counts (avg 6.1 per game – 3rd highest)
- Hit 4+ corners in all 7 away matches 6/4/4/9/4/4/7
- Energetik, Belshina, Isloch and Grodno have all come here and hit 5+ team corners
- The home side having a terrific season and unbeaten in 9 – Brest capable of hitting just 4 corners at a big odds
Recommended Bets:
- Neman Grodno to beat Slutsk 13/10 (Skybet)
- Dinamo Brest vs Gorodeya 10+ match corners 4/5 (NAP) (Skybet)
- Gorodeya 3+ team corners 4/5 (Skybet)
- Ruk Brest 4+ team corners 5/4 (Skybet)
Does anybody know if you can bet on these markets with paddy power? I found the gorodeya game but I can’t see any corner bets at all.
Paddy powers hopeless for corners Mate
Am with betfair they recently cut corners markets no team corners anymore jus totals on sum games keep up the good work @greg browning
Belshina have cleared there corner line again Greg, two teams I didn’t think they would come close were Bate & Dinamo Minsk (Minsk don’t concede many) but they keep producing the goods on that market, keep getting on while the goings great. Card markets seem to have now vanished from the bookies offerings now which is a shame tho, GL with Rukh later mate!
Admin, why are my comments going in moderation on main thread?
