KYLE EDMUND was an opening-day sensation at the US Open and now Andy Murray looks to safely join his fellow Brit in round two.
Edmund, the world No.84, took out 13th seed Richard Gasquet with a stunning straight-sets win and tonight it's Murray taking centre stage against Lukas Rosol.
The British No.1 has a history of bad blood with the 31-year-old Czech and has dropped a set in both their previous meetings. It would be a surprise if the in-form Scot gave anything away in this one and he's 1-3 at Boylesports to win 3-0 while Rosol to take a set pays 7-2 at Ladbrokes.
Murray's fellow Brit Dan Evans also starts out today – he's 4-7 at Unibet to make it past Rajeev Ram – while big shots Juan Martin Del Potro and Kei Nishikori are among the other stars in action.
Elsewhere, England's cricketers play the third ODI against Pakistan at Trent Bridge with the hosts 1-3 at bet365 to claim a series-clinching victory.
