Our Acca Tips are mostly on the win-daw-win markets and largely based on statistical analysis of recent performances.

Sporting to win (6.30pm)

Beaten 2-0 in the Cup in midweek, Sporting will be able to focus on the league now and should bounce back with a win over Rio Ave who we're also dumped out the cup. They're unbeaten in 13 (W11 D2) and lead the table by four points over Porto and Benfica so stand to benefit from those two meeting on Friday night.

Rio ave have taken just 4 pts from their last 18, however they've won two and drawn one of their last three meetings in this fixture. Time for Sporting to put that right.

Union Berlin v Bayer Leverkusen – Over 2. 5 Goals (7.30pm)

Friday's match in the Bundesliga gives Leverkusen the chance to move in to second place with a win over Union Berlin. They've stuttered a bit in recent weeks though taking just one point in nine but the goals have continued to flow and they've scored 25 in their last nine in all competitions.

Union Berlin can be pleased with their work this season. Fifth in the table makes them the best of the rest so far and like Leverkusen have been banging in the goals. 31 in 15 makes them join second top scorers in the league.

It's a toss up between BTTS and Over 2.5 goals here.

Lazio v Roma – Both Teams to Score (7.45pm)

The Rome Derby pairs 9th v 3rd in Serie A, a league that's been awash with goals this season. These two have served up their fair share with only Inter having scored more than Roma (37).

Roma have been excellent at home and although this is technically an away fixture it'll obviously be played at Stadio Olympico and 13/10 on the ‘away' win appeals but it's hard to ignore a goals angle and both teams have scored in 12 of Lazio's 17 matches with I Biancocelesti failing to score just once. Seven of Roma's last eight have also seen both teams score and the last two meetings have finished one-apiece.

Porto v Benfica – Both Teams to Score (9.00pm)

Of the two teams chasing Sporting at the top of the table Porto look most likely to catch them at the moment. Since two defeats in October they've won seven on the bounce and welcome Benfica in good spirits.

The Eagles aren't in bad shape either but a 1-1 in the Azores at Santa Clara at the start of the month opened the door for Porto to overtake them and they could see themselves three points behind their great rivals if they fail to halt a run of four consecutive defeats in this fixture on Friday night.

Porto have scored in every match so far this season and Benfica in all but one, while both teams have scored in four of the last six meetings between the two.
