We’re in for a rare Wednesday with no fewer than five Serie A fixtures, featuring the two Milan giants and several other regular title contenders.
AC Milan and Inter Milan are both in action in the early fixtures, followed by away matches for Juventus and Napoli later in the day.

Today’s Serie A betting tips & predictions
AC Milan vs. Bologna (5:30pm)
The Rossoneri bounced back following their heavy defeat in the Champions League and remain unbeaten in Serie A under Ruben Amorim.
Bologna have won two of their last three matches, which is a significant improvement after failing to secure a single victory in their first five fixtures. But it’s hard to say they’re up to scratch, given they haven’t beaten any of the big clubs yet.
The Red and Blues haven’t beaten AC Milan at San Siro in Serie A since 2016. I don’t think they’ll manage it this time either.
AC Milan vs. Bologna top betting tip: AC Milan to win
Parma vs. Udinese (5:30pm)
The change of manager at Parma hasn’t worked out at all so far, and Alberto Gilardino has yet to pick up a single point with the team.
Perhaps the best chance to do so is coming up, given that Udinese are in just as bad a position, having suffered six consecutive defeats.
However, this makes the match completely unpredictable, as neither side is performing well. And it is precisely because of their weak defences and the need for a win that I think it’s worth taking the risk of betting on goals.
Parma vs. Udinese top betting tip: BTTS
Venezia vs. Inter Milan (5:30pm)
With the derby against AC Milan fast approaching, Inter will certainly want to get this match over and done with as soon as possible. That is precisely why I expect to see early pressure and possibly some early goals.
Venezia beat Napoli, but that was more of a one-off result, and there is no indication that they are actually at the required level. Compounded by the fact that they haven’t beaten Inter Milan since 1999, this fixture seems a foregone conclusion.
As I’ve already mentioned, I’m looking for early goals for Inter. For now, there’s value in the first-half market.

Genoa vs. Juventus (7:45pm)
Juventus may have twice as many points as Genoa, but the home side is the one with more wins in recent weeks.
Genoa have suffered five defeats in eight matches, but have secured two wins in their last three. This does not alter the fact that they are still one of the three teams with the fewest goals scored. Juventus haven’t been particularly impressive in attack either, but if we look at their defence, they rank amongst the most solid sides.
Precisely because of the lack of goals recently, I think there’s good reason to expect a low-scoring match. Four of the last five meetings between the two sides have ended with fewer than three goals.
Genoa vs. Juventus top betting tip: Under 2.5 goals
Monza vs. Napoli (7:45pm)
Napoli simply haven’t managed to find consistency since the start of the season; on paper, this is their worst start to a Serie A campaign since 2009.
Monza are in their usual spot near the bottom of the table, but have been surprisingly effective in attack. The problem is that their defence is the second-weakest in the league and, despite all the goals they score, they fail to win most of their matches.
Given both teams’ obvious defensive problems, I think it’s well worth expecting goals in this match.
