Chelsea's season is only one game in but fans are already fearing the worst and the mood will darken even further if they slip up in tonight's UEFA Conference League play-off with Servette.
It has been another chaotic transfer window at Stamford Bridge and new boss Enzo Maresca seems to have been left with a bloated and imbalanced squad.
A 2-0 loss to Manchester City in the Premier League opener showed Maresca has a tough job on his hands and the club now faces a scramble to offload unwanted players on big money before the transfer window closes.
Missing out on UEFA income from group-stage football would be a huge blow for the finances so it's vital the Blues don't slip up against the Swiss side over two legs.

Chelsea vs Servette top betting tips
Despite all the chaos at Chelsea they still have some incredibly talented players in the squad so it's no surprise to see them as Betfred's 1/8 hot favourites for a win on home soil.
Servette's form is also poor and their only win in the last five games came against minnows Signal in the Swiss Cup. They are in the Conference League play-offs after losing to Braga in the Europa League and their only goal across the two legs came right at the death in the second leg.
That makes me think a Chelsea win to nil could be worth a punt, although the odds aren't great at 9/10.
The scorer markets offer better value, although it's unclear who will start for the Blues with so many players fighting for a jersey.
New boy Pedro Neto could start after a weekend debut off the bench and the winger is 5/4 for anytime scorer.
FC Copenhagen vs Kilmarnock top betting tips
Kilmarnock are also in Conference League action tonight but the Scots are rank outsiders on the road against Danish giants FC Copenhagen.
Derek McInnes' side reached the play-offs by grinding out a 1-0 win in Tromso but keeping out a team who reached the Champions League last 16 less than a year ago is a taller order.
A win to nil for FC Copenhagen looks likely at 9/10 while the odds are better if you back the Danes and under 3.5 goals at 11/10.
Killie should get stuck in so they look good value at -1 in the card handicap, which pays 15/8.
Viktoria Plzen vs Heart of Midlothian top tips
Heart of Midlothian are guaranteed group stage football but they will want it to be in the Europa League instead of the Conference.
The Jambos also have a tough draw though and Czech side Viktoria Plzen are Betfred's 2/5 hot favourites for a first-leg victory.
It's hard to disagree with Hearts coming into this tie off the back of a League Cup loss to second-tier Falkirk at the weekend.
They also leaked three goals in their last SPFL Premiership game at Dundee so the Czechs could get a bit of joy up front.
Daniel Vasulin netted in both legs for Plzen in the last round of Euro qualifiers so looks good at 13/8 for another goal tonight with Bet365.
