There's not a lot happening inthe world of football day but there are a couple of cup games across Europe.
In Spain they're at the semi-final stage of the Copa Del Rey where Athletic Bilbao hold a 1-0 first leg advantage over Atletico Madrid. Both are vying for a place in the final against Real Mallorca.
Atletico Madrid don't have a great record in the competition, winning it just ten times but Bilbao have a proud association with the trophy as 23-time winners, most recently in 2021. Home advantage and that one-goal lead means they're just 1/5 to get the job done tonight while Atleti are 10/3 to turn things around.
In the 90 minutes the bookies are leaning towards Athletic Bilbao who are 7/5 to win and given their love affair with the Copa Del Rey that might not be the worst bet on a quiet night.
In the Coupe de France fourth tier side Le Puy Foot 43 Auvergne host Ligue 1's Rennes who are in good form domestically where they're unbeaten in 11. A 3-2 win over AC Milan last week wasn't enough to keep their European adventure alive but they're well fancied at 2/11 to book a semi-final slot with their hosts at 12/1.

Luton have no choice but to go for it and whilst you have to admire their braveness they just haven’t found the right balance between attack and defence. Luton were well beaten midweek by Man City in the F.A cup but they still gave it a go and scored a couple in a 2-6 defeat. Villa are no strangers to the odd goal or two either. I would be surprised if we don’t see 5 or 6 goals here as both teams look for the win.

This game is all about City really and how many they will win by. Pep started De Bruyne in the F.A cup midweek where he and Haaland destroyed Luton Town and there’s no doubting when these two play together City get the best out of Haaland as they play to his strengths. United looked flat against Forest midweek in the F.A cup and it’s hard to see them posing City any problems here. Arsenal have been scoring goals for fun in the race for the Premier League title and with Pep starting De Bruyne midweek which was a surprise it may be a reaction to the goals Arsenal are scoring all be it against teams you’d expect them to beat comfortably anyway.
