Therefore it makes no sense to see them at 2/1 to win this afternoon’s clash at Goodison Park. It’s not as if the Blues have a good record at Everton, their 1-0 there last season ended a run of four victories for the Toffees.

Sean Dyche’s men are definitely the value bet on Merseyside today.

In the Scottish Premiership Celtic will be out to avenge a 1-0 defeat to Kilmarnock which knocked them out of the League Cup earlier in the season.

The Hoops haven’t hit the standards that Brendan Rodgers expects recently despite picking up wins but they have been consistent in hitting corners.

Their last six domestic matches have seen them hit 11, 12, 13, 11, 13, and 12 so the 4/1 on Over 9 and 7/1 on Over 10 should be of interest today, especially with Rodgers likely to play any pairing from Palma, Yang, Johnston, Forrest or Tilio on the flanks.

Best bet though could be Over 3 first half corners which is generously price at 13/10.
