David Weatherston is back with his usual insightful look ahead to today's matches and it's hard to argue against his Molde tip. The four-time Norwegian champions have had to play second fiddle to Bodo/Glimt for a couple of seasons but with the reigning champs languishing in 8th place before this weekend, Molde will be confident of regaining their crown this time around.
They beat Bodo/Glimt before the break and could go top of the table today if they win and Lillestrom fail to pick up three points at home to Rosenborg. They've a good record against today's opponents Odd, winning all of the last six meetings by an aggregate score of 20-4. 20/21 at SBK on the away win looks too good to pass up.
In OBOS Ligaen David also fancies Brann who could be set to run away with things. Their 7-0 win over second-placed Mjondalen was a proper statement of intent and they should do the business again today. Double them with New York City who host Colorado in the MLS tonight for a 20/21 Double.
